App sucks
It took my points while I was trying to place an order. It took a long time to build them points up
Can’t Use App to Order
I can’t use this app anymore to order from the only one that is close to me. It allows me to order from every other location but the one I actually need to order from. Trying to get any support just brings you to FAQ page. No actual customer service

Love LJS.. But can not get app to work!
Decline in quality
LJS at one time was my favorite. Unfortunately, the quality of preparation has declined to being cooked or reheated till it was tough and difficult to eat. My last visit I ordered 2 sandwiches and a side of 3 shrimp. I only live 10 minutes from the restaurant and when I got home everything was cold. The shrimp was so small and hard the cat wouldn’t eat them. I was charged $3.29 for quarter sized shrimp that was uneditable. It does no good to call and let the manager know. You are told they would put your name on a list and your meal would be free the next visit. The list does not exist and no one ever heard of the “Manager” you spoke to. I believe in second chances and this was LJS’s.
