Food has went way downhill greasier each time also why are they charging 25 cents for CRUMBS?? small amount as well please get the marion il ljs like it use to be great food and free crumbs! stop the grease soaked food before this ljs goes down we jist want good food please!

Horrible experience ordering with this app. Several errors before finally getting to the checkout. Then had to manually enter credit card info even though I have two different payment accounts saved in my profile.
Bad ordering experience
Can’t order eat o want from app because they are out of the old bay ranch but what if I still want the meal. I can’t order it. I go to use the 10Tues code it says to use and won’t work. What a joke.
Then call the store and won’t honor anything because they have nothing to do with the app.

Can’t create an account, doesn’t email or text me
It can’t text me on att or email me at gmail. I suspect they sent out too much spam so they’re ban from sending text or emails so no one can use this app. Guess I’ll buy somewhere else.
Feedback
I’m very disappointed because we can’t go online and order for Moore Illinois, which is one of the Long John Silver’s stores with the code because it’s Labor Day weekend. I think all john stores need to be able to use the code for the specialist that y’all run. That’s not fair to all the customers.

Daily deal bug
Everytime I try using the daily deal you go to order it and it won’t let you add it to cart. But it’ll let you add anything that isn’t part of the daily deal. This is getting old really quick.
No hush puppies
We ordered a family meal that was supposed to come with 16 hush puppies and they did not give them to us because it was a late order and they said they were complementary anyhow, I’ll tell you what from from now on I will probably probably go to Captain D’s if Long John Silver’s is gonna be like this, I will not give them my hard earned money

They have the best hush puppies, I love the fish also. Fresh and hot.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful and the manager is one hell of a problem solver!!!!!! EVERYONE DROP YOUR DINNER PLANS AND GO TO LONG JOHN SILVERS ON 4th!!!!!

Payment system problems
This system changed me, said the transaction failed, I tried again - it charged me and said it failed again. I ended up having to go in, order at the counter and pay a third time. No idea how to get reimbursed for the two fails.

It took my points while I was trying to place an order. It took a long time to build them points up
Can’t Use App to Order
I can’t use this app anymore to order from the only one that is close to me. It allows me to order from every other location but the one I actually need to order from. Trying to get any support just brings you to FAQ page. No actual customer service
