Daily deal bug
Everytime I try using the daily deal you go to order it and it won’t let you add it to cart. But it’ll let you add anything that isn’t part of the daily deal. This is getting old really quick.
No hush puppies
We ordered a family meal that was supposed to come with 16 hush puppies and they did not give them to us because it was a late order and they said they were complementary anyhow, I’ll tell you what from from now on I will probably probably go to Captain D’s if Long John Silver’s is gonna be like this, I will not give them my hard earned money

They have the best hush puppies, I love the fish also. Fresh and hot.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful and the manager is one hell of a problem solver!!!!!! EVERYONE DROP YOUR DINNER PLANS AND GO TO LONG JOHN SILVERS ON 4th!!!!!

Payment system problems
This system changed me, said the transaction failed, I tried again - it charged me and said it failed again. I ended up having to go in, order at the counter and pay a third time. No idea how to get reimbursed for the two fails.
App sucks
It took my points while I was trying to place an order. It took a long time to build them points up
Can’t Use App to Order
I can’t use this app anymore to order from the only one that is close to me. It allows me to order from every other location but the one I actually need to order from. Trying to get any support just brings you to FAQ page. No actual customer service
APP SUCKS
Love LJS.. But can not get app to work!
Decline in quality
LJS at one time was my favorite. Unfortunately, the quality of preparation has declined to being cooked or reheated till it was tough and difficult to eat. My last visit I ordered 2 sandwiches and a side of 3 shrimp. I only live 10 minutes from the restaurant and when I got home everything was cold. The shrimp was so small and hard the cat wouldn’t eat them. I was charged $3.29 for quarter sized shrimp that was uneditable. It does no good to call and let the manager know. You are told they would put your name on a list and your meal would be free the next visit. The list does not exist and no one ever heard of the “Manager” you spoke to. I believe in second chances and this was LJS’s.

Frozen Fish
The fish taste like a grocery store brand frozen fish it wasn’t good at all. Back in the day it was delicious, Now it’s hideous. I could do what I got at home for much less.
Payment error
I tried to use the app today and when I got to the payment add debit credit card it kept flipping back to the schedule I said the time and date for next available went back to credit card tried to add my card. It would be back to schedule went to my account tried to add credit card there there was no option there to add credit card tried to put the order in again there’s definitely failure when trying to add my credit card today could not place an order. What a waste.Left and went to another restaurant. Who’s app would work correctly?

Every time we go there, everybody is so nice and courtesy and wants to help they all look very clean and appropriate and ready to be working. I have the best time the food is always good. We go often thank you.
