No way in app to contact support
It’s wild to me that the app not only lacks a “Help” option for orders or customer support info even considering how often Longhorns messes up to go orders. Anyways, lesson learned. App deleted and Longhorn’s off the family dinner roster.

Payment problems
After I place my order and go to Payment Options, I am continuously getting errors saying my payment has not been processed(won’t accept). My credit card cannot go through and it has become a problem So now I have to call and place my order the old fashioned way. Please get this issue fixed.
Why 5 Stars
There is many Steak houses. I travel all over the place and when it’s time to eat I search for LH. Is it always perfectly cut. Nope. Is it seared perfectly. Nope. How ever it’s always been good. Bread sometimes isn’t hot it’s like warm. They replace it quickly. Eat at the bar and it’s relaxing as well.
They have always been friendly and as well great service. I use to eat at outback. And yes they have the one thing I want the Awesome Blossom. Sorry LH they got you on that. But outback went sloppy. So once a week it’s Lorng Horn Treat!!

Does not work on IOS 26.4.2
After starting the app and the two first settings asked for it loads a start page and freezes.
No eClub Rewards
Longhorn Steakhouse APP has neither evolved nor changed with the times with Technology.
No Points System for Rewards would be fine if only we had received coupons for our Family, Friends and Employees to gather, celebrate and enjoy the meals and drinks
Why use the wording “eClub Rewards” is there is no intangible nor tangible benefit.
I such as others have been unable to use “birthday reward” and have not been incentivized to be a loyal customer

Website Problems Again!
I deleted the app and reloaded it. The app still keeps stating it is missing details so it will not process the order! I haven’t even checked to see if the salad option is available a-la-cart. For over a month it was not available via the app. Manager of the location I frequent stated he would let corporate know.

App shows no wait but…
App shows no wait. However, when we get the restaurant there is a 30 minute wait. Because the app shows no wait it’s not possible to get on the waitlist. Really poor integration with what’s happening at the restaurant. Needs work!

How many years? still location issues
Completely location unaware, and inconsistent default location. I live in Idaho. A few years ago it kept sending my orders to Florida. I probably had over 10 orders go there. Finally found out the app had set my favorite to Doral, FL. Years later, I visit Phoenix and order ONCE there. Does the app revert to my favorite location (now Boise)? NO. Back to Chandler,AZ. Why? How many years does it take to make an app location aware? If I am thousands of miles away, I probably am not going to be there in 25 minutes. Duh! How many years???

Crashes 99% of the time
Good app but needs a fix
Would be great to not enter my email when I select Apple Pay. You could easily pull that info from Apple Pay.
Constantly having to delete and reinstall
I continue to get error messages when trying to pay on the app. I delete reinstall update turn my phone on and off and it still says they can’t take payments right now. Then suddenly it will work again for a few times then back to weeks of not working. You guys would probably make more money if you’d get the app working consistently.

Useless App
Everything you can do with this app, you can do without this app. Nothing worthwhile. Is literally useless. No deals. No coupons. No points. You can pay with the app. You can also pay without the app. You can make a reservation with the app. You can also make a reservation without the app. Get the point? I could go on, but it really is the most useless app. Don’t bother.

Won’t let cc process
It’s the same bug as last version. It won’t allow any card to checkout for a to go order.
Online Ordering
Tried multiple times for multiple days to place orders on the app but every time I put my phone number in and try to proceed to payment the screen it blanks out.
Order Menu Needs Work.
The issue is when you try to order multiple items. Example: I order 2 steak dinners with different sides. The program has a problem with this. SOLUTION: Allow each order to be added to the card one at a time. Then you can add sides to each order separately. Then allow for the cart to be added together.

Dissatisfied
My wife and I just recently left the restaurant about 15 minutes ago. We had to wait five minutes for a receptionist and five more minutes and there’s still no waitress or waiter that attended to our needs at our table. also, the restaurant is extremely cold temperature wise. you need a jacket just to be comfortable. makes no sense when we’re in West Palm Beach Florida. sincerely, Marty
