Horrible customer service
The apps help feature is trash the ordering runs through doordash if an issue pops up the driver tells you, then you try doordash for help, they say contact the chipotle app the app only gives you an ai chat thats pointless and does nothing till doordash finally cancels the order then you finally find a phone number for a call center in india where you spend 20 min for them to refund you which will be back on your card in 3-5 days so hey the $60 they just charged you for 2 entrees pay it again and hope in a week you get the first charge back!

Chipotle app should automatically track your location and default order to the closest location or verify your order at the location selected if it’s far from you. We have the technology in place today to make this happen and Chipotle needs to get on board.

I love Chipotle—seriously, it’s one of my favorite places to eat. But I have one big issue with the app.
When I order through DoorDash from a location that’s too far away, DoorDash lets me know before I place the order. The Chipotle app doesn’t do that at all.
I love the rewards system, but this is something that really needs to be improved. If I’m trying to order from a Chipotle that’s farther away when there’s a closer location available, the app should notify me before I place the order. A simple message suggesting the nearest location would make the experience so much better and could save customers time and frustration.
That’s all I’m asking. Thank you for listening, and I hope this is something you consider adding.
