I absolutely love using the raising canes mobile app. My only wish is that they changed the ability to allow for drive thru pickup for online orders. Mine only allows in store pickup and curbside pickup. Why made them carry it out? I don’t want to go in. There’s no reason, especially when the restaurant is dead, to make them carry my food to my car. I’d like that to be changed to allow for drive thru.

The app simply doesn’t do anything, like at all. You cannot order food on this app. It’s an elaborate hoax to cause suffering to people who want chicken strips.
