Terrible Application
I decided to give the application a try and placed a pick up order. I allowed gps, notifications and get to the Raising Cane’s in pickup section parking. I open the application and press I’m here. Then I get a pop up an error occurred please call the restaurant with the phone number. The easiest part to complete and the mobile development team for this can’t successfully pull off the most easiest part of the application is such a shame. I’m going to have to delete this and not waste my time! Nice try trying to copy Chikfila, app design and functionality are lacking big time!

No Rewards System, No Point
i think every restaurant app or at
least fast food joint should have a little rewards program even if it’s tiny or hard to get something. this app has NO reward system, so i instantly deleted it and immediately regretted downloading it. Hope to see or hear about rewards in the future! (Food is great though)

Only complaint is I wish I didn’t have to log back in every single time I had to make an order
Logged out constantly
I use the app once a month or so. I’m logged out 100% of the time.
Developer’s absolute nightmare.
A11Y is absolutely disastrous in this app, loading icon is an iPhone 6s era pixel animation (lottie SPM is free, jesus) there is only happy path testing, for instance, app does not check if you are logged in before checking out and if you are not logged in, it just stalls. Who QAs this app, an LLM running on dell inspiron? Please please hire native swift engineer and fix this

Can’t checkout
Love Canes but hate the app. Won’t let me select ApplePay and checkout. I’ve given up and just go to Popeyes.

Terrible App. Pointless card.
Officially done with Canes. So tired of having to sign in every time I want to place an order. Banks don’t even sign you out this much. Went through the whole ridiculous process to sign up for “Caniac Club” but didn’t get the first reward. And doesn’t give you anything no matter how much you order. I have friends who are friends with Todd the c*kehead owner, so it’s too bad. Chicken is good sometimes but not enough to deal with the terrible business supplying them. Sad. Went from excited to get it here in California to now officially a Canes hater within a few months. Great job guys.

Most glitchy app I own
I love canes, I would love to order it more. But it logged me out every other use, and over half the time I try to click on something it will come up with a 404 page and I’ll have to restart the order. It is the only app I have that does this, and it’s done it for years now
Friday App Order
I turned in an order through the app and when I got to the restaurant, it was ready and on time they were super busy with cars out into the street and after I parked, I walked in and it was right there on the to go counter thank you, canes!
