Billion dollar company can’t make an app that works

App regularly has “technical difficulties” so the in app rewards or points cannot be used and if you order through a booth or drive through they will not allow you to use your app rewards or points. Irritating.
Can remember your order but not your deals
Constantly paying more because I close the app after making an order and when I come back it remembers my order but takes off the discount so I pay more. But who cares when it benefits them.
