Personal opinion about the app
I really don’t like that half price drink deal the drinks are never in order. You gotta search through everything to try to find it. It’s all mixed up and secondly it really awesome if Sonic was the first app to give away like a free small combo or something or extra points every time you updated the app to show that you’re still able loyal customer. Just my opinion, but what do I know? Just got eight years of international customer service on my belt but I highly doubt they’ll even read this

New rewards are sub-par and half baked
The new point system is incredibly meaningless and barely works, not only do you get a ridiculously small amount of points (order $10 worth of food 10 times to get 1 burger for free, but deals give you BOGO half off? where’s the logic in that) but the points do not act as a coupon in checkout. You order the item, no customizations, the instant you use the points and if you made a mistake? Please wait an indeterminate amount of time for us to refund you your points :) The point system could use some looking at to at least make it more convenient to access and use, I don’t even care about how stingy it is if I can at least grab a free sundae every few visits, just don’t make me fiddle with a bunch of nonsense before I even get to checkout.

App trying to further monetize my patronage by pushing extra offers will make me spend my money elsewhere, this all needs to stop
Sneaky coupon and ads
If you don’t immediately use your coupon and go back it’ll purposely drop the coupon charging full price.
Also after ordering it’s giving ads? I’m paying for ads?? If it wasn’t half price drinks i would delete the app.
