Order status does NOT work

I waiting about 45 minutes to an hour just waiting to pick up my food because the app said the order had been received but not started. Found out that the order was just sitting on their counter and not on the shelves they have that say mobile orders. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Worst app experience I’ve used or seen. Please fix this.

I hate the new Zaxby’s app update!

I haven’t been able to scan my receipts for my rewards since I updated the app in July. I have lost a lot of points since then! I hate the new update!

Buggy

App is great for coupons and savings but it’s very laggy and jumping at least my experience. Took forever trying to checkout because it keep freezing
