Fries
I ordered a side of fries with no seasoning and when I got home, it looked like they took the easy way out and just dropped the fries back in the fryer to get rid of the seasoning and heat them up. They were black and brown and awful. I drove back up there and showed the manager on duty and there was no apology. He just asked me if I wanted anything free for the inconvenience. I said no. That I just want fresh hot food. So many places for people to go to eat, why would you mess it up for the ones that do pick Zaxby’s to eat at. This was unacceptable. Do better. Zaxby’s in Mauldin, SC 29662.

Good food, coupons never work
Love the food but the coupons and deals never work on the app. Would love to be able to save the money you claim I could.
Unable to order single drinks
Unable to order a drink unless you get a meal. So if I order a salad and want a drink, it tells me to pick a flavor, but has no option for adding flavor/what kind of soft drink I want. Then staff gets pissy when you want to add a drink at the drive thru
No rewards
Got the app for the sign on bonus nuggets. Didnt get them, so called support and they told me I would to order to get the coupon. Places an order and even over a day later havent received the sign on coupon, or points for the order I placed.
