Great food and service love the chicken and hot fries
Not worth the download
Was required to update the app and now whenever I try to add a second item to an order, it freezes and says “Oops, something went wrong”. No trouble shooting fixes the persistent issue. Far too inconvenient and unviable to be worth anyone’s time

Apparently I can’t login with my iPhone anymore and I can’t use my phone number to start a new account so no more zaxbys app. Thanks yall….

Fantastic, One Down Side
Food is always amazing. I could eat here everyday. The app is clean and easy to use and the rewards system is generous with lots of great deals all the time. I'm very disappointed you're using doordash for delivery though. That is the worst company and their drivers are terrible. I will not be using the delivery option again.

Completely useless app nolonger processes pass it is no point in downloading

Not worth the headache
I can login at home but when I get to the restaurant I’m automatically logged out and can’t get into my account. I get the we are working to provide you with updates message. This is why I don’t purchase anything from Zaxbys anymore. Someone needs to fix the app when you are at the restaurant.
Horrible App
Make sure to turn off your VPN the app is going to go haywire, signing you out, just had it not send my number or email out to verify then lock me out of the account. Can’t use the website since it just redirects to the app. Had to delete the app and guess what you can’t order from the website. Luckily was able to get my account unlocked. You’d think for such a big company they’d have a better user experience.

like 90% of the time the rewards will say “oh no! your time is up.” for a reward i literally just clicked on. this has been going on for a good while.

The counter employee Shansay W. displayed tremendous customer service while taking my food order & was very detailed in explaining me about my order. I spoke with the manager on duty & informed her of his excellence customer service. Zaxby’s is very fortunate have this gentleman.

Crispy fries
The only thing that would make this app better would be the ability to request that my fries be crispy.

Really good overall
The only thing I’ve noticed, and maybe this is the specific location I go to, the fountain drinks are never that good especially the soda. Other than that, good.
