Terrible
Spent 10 minutes filling out a survey, he gave me a code on the app for five free tenders. I made an order added the promotion, even selected a sauce to go with the tenders. Hit place order. Arrived five minutes later to pick up my order. My order included an Asian chicken salad, plus the promotion, when I arrive, it was just my chicken salad, and the promotion was not even on the receipt, I showed the manager the promotion on my phone, at first, he did not want to scan it. He said “you already paid.” I said, “please just try to scan it.” he tried to scan it, and it said “ promotion not found”
The entire reason I went back to Zaxbys was because I filled out that promotion and took the time to give them honest answers just for it all to be worth nothing to get nothing in return.

App constantly glitches and runs in circles. I’ve reinstalled numerous times to get to function properly, however I end up in a loop when trying to order because the app Needs you to log in before placing, but won’t allow login to process.
Very Disappointed
I went to the Temple Tx Zaxbys on 31st street drive through and order a Grilled House Zalad. After paying for the Zalad, I was first of all given the wrong Zalad, then second of all the Zalad was wilted. I drove back around to the drive through and asked for another salad and was told that all the salads are the same and asked me did I want a refund? I responded yes and was then told that the manager said that I had to come inside for my refund. Mind you there were no cars behind me and it took her every bit of five seconds to refund my cash. I feel that the staff, to include the cashier had an attitude as though I came at them crazy. I was very polite and just wanted the issue fix. This is not the customer service that we as customers deserve.

Not able to pay
This app is the worst! Whenever I try to order and pay for the food, I get the message, “Oh, no. There is an issue with your order. Please try again or a different location.” I try that and still the same thing. I swear I’m not broke and the stores are open. I’ve tried changing it to pickup, still the same message. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and this still happens.

Amazing Deals
I absolutely love Zaxbys Chicken Finger n the Crinkle Fries especially with plenty of fry seasoning. The chicken is the best around. N it’s super nice that they have the vip status u can earn to be able to get large drinks and large fries as a free upgrade with the VIP Status. Also the other perks u get with 2 are fire. Credit card issues
I’ve had multiple issues adding credit card details to the app - which for me negates all the positive features when I’m trying to place an order (especially when I’m in a hurry)

Randomly decides to not provide the option to use Apple Pay.

When I try to login, it wants a confirmation code that is text to me. The button to confirm the code cannot be pressed. Please fix this issue.

I stopped in for a bathroom break and lunch. The restroom as well as the restaurant was extremely clean.
Like Zaxbys Hate the app
The is by far one of the worst mobile apps for any fast food chain I have ever used it has so many issues like freezing or features not working no matter what the connection is. I am truly disappointed and would not recommend if you are looking for a functional app!
