Can’t order fountain drinks
The ability to order a single fountain drink keeps disappearing, which is terrible since I often just order a soda while I’m out and about
Not the best
If you scan the app at the restaurant your points should be included with the scan. Instead you have manually add the points from your receipt and has to be within 48 hours makes no sense and is pointless .
Fries
I ordered a side of fries with no seasoning and when I got home, it looked like they took the easy way out and just dropped the fries back in the fryer to get rid of the seasoning and heat them up. They were black and brown and awful. I drove back up there and showed the manager on duty and there was no apology. He just asked me if I wanted anything free for the inconvenience. I said no. That I just want fresh hot food. So many places for people to go to eat, why would you mess it up for the ones that do pick Zaxby’s to eat at. This was unacceptable. Do better. Zaxby’s in Mauldin, SC 29662.

Good food, coupons never work
Love the food but the coupons and deals never work on the app. Would love to be able to save the money you claim I could.
Unable to order single drinks
Unable to order a drink unless you get a meal. So if I order a salad and want a drink, it tells me to pick a flavor, but has no option for adding flavor/what kind of soft drink I want. Then staff gets pissy when you want to add a drink at the drive thru
No rewards
Got the app for the sign on bonus nuggets. Didnt get them, so called support and they told me I would to order to get the coupon. Places an order and even over a day later havent received the sign on coupon, or points for the order I placed.

i love me some zaxby’s…it’s so gooood and the chocolate chip cookies are perfect when baked correctly!! the sweetness of the banana pudding milkshake is top tier. if you haven’t tried it. you missing out. but if you don’t like banana pudding then your not going to enjoy the milkshake. ok ok enough talking. i’m in the middle of eating my zaxby’s meal. loaded fries coming up. yum yum tasty. so stop reading these reviews and go ahead and download the app and get to ordering up your favorite meal!!! enjoy!!! 😭😋🤤

The young lady, taking orders at the window was speaking so fast and slurring her words that you could not understand what she was saying. I asked her to repeat herself several times. It’s very frustrating when you keep saying what what did you say and they still don’t get the hint that they are not speaking clear.

Spent 10 minutes filling out a survey, he gave me a code on the app for five free tenders. I made an order added the promotion, even selected a sauce to go with the tenders. Hit place order. Arrived five minutes later to pick up my order. My order included an Asian chicken salad, plus the promotion, when I arrive, it was just my chicken salad, and the promotion was not even on the receipt, I showed the manager the promotion on my phone, at first, he did not want to scan it. He said “you already paid.” I said, “please just try to scan it.” he tried to scan it, and it said “ promotion not found”
The entire reason I went back to Zaxbys was because I filled out that promotion and took the time to give them honest answers just for it all to be worth nothing to get nothing in return.
