Worst Zaxby's Experience
Online ordering for dinner tonight. My husband picked up the order in the store. He was very impressed with the enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. The staff was GREAT. The food, however, was the worst food we had in a long time. The chicken was old, cold, and had been sitting around obviously. Very small tenders that didn't look anything at all like Zaxby's regular chicken. I ate some fries and one tender. So bad, I prefer to be hungry. Two stars only for the employees. Otherwise, zero.

Great customer service
I am so pleased with this restaurant. The customer service was exceptional. The cashier Kaitlyn, was awesome. The manager Sean went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. The food was also very good. I had the 6 finger combo. I recommend this restaurant.
Stop Changing The Menu
All of your best stuff is temporary. Bring back Wraps, Tacos, and The Banana Pudding Shake
Over rated chicken
Zaxbys does way too much with its menu and it seems that it has caused a major lack in quality. If Guthries was within 30 minutes of my house and Zaxbys was 5 minutes from my house I would drive to Guthries every time.

Worst Fast Food App
I’m not sure if Zaxby’s corporate needs new servers or hire a new company to develop their app, but this is by far the absolute worst fast food app on the market.
1. It takes forever to load. Doesn’t matter if it’s initial startup or simply going to the checkout screen. WiFi connection isn’t the issue. I’ve even used the app on other devices and still slower than watching paint dry.
2. It constantly kicks you out or makes you sign in. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been MID ORDER and the app logged me out for no reason.
3. The glitches in the map. Even if you’re already at the store, it takes several minutes for the location to find you when attempting to checkout.
Just a horrid abomination of an app made for “convenience.” There’s absolutely nothing convenient about it, which is really a shame because Zaxby’s is my favorite fast food place. I’m even a VIP member.

Very Good
Ordered 3 Big Zax Snack Meals via drive thru! Employee at window was very nice and helpful!! The food was very tasteful and stayed hot!! Drinks were placed in carrier and made trip to house with no problem!! Overall a very good visit and will certainly return!!😄👍🏻👍🏻
Order status does NOT work
I waiting about 45 minutes to an hour just waiting to pick up my food because the app said the order had been received but not started. Found out that the order was just sitting on their counter and not on the shelves they have that say mobile orders. 🤦🏼♂️ Worst app experience I’ve used or seen. Please fix this.

I hate the new Zaxby’s app update!
I haven’t been able to scan my receipts for my rewards since I updated the app in July. I have lost a lot of points since then! I hate the new update!
Buggy
App is great for coupons and savings but it’s very laggy and jumping at least my experience. Took forever trying to checkout because it keep freezing

Can’t order fountain drinks
The ability to order a single fountain drink keeps disappearing, which is terrible since I often just order a soda while I’m out and about

If you scan the app at the restaurant your points should be included with the scan. Instead you have manually add the points from your receipt and has to be within 48 hours makes no sense and is pointless .
