The app doesn’t work, you can go through and get everything in your cart and then when you go to checkout “technical difficulties” waste of time and I can’t use my rewards or points!

The different drink mixes are the best and the food is great

Normally always have the half price slushies and drinks deal which is cool!
Love Sonic but the App needs some updates
I love Sonic & the app is a great start, but I really hope at some point you make it so you can use it through the drive-thru....place your order, scan a QR code at the drive-thru window so that you can get the points for your order. I hope the app continues to improve.
Difficulty using rewards
This has to be one of the worst fast food apps. When you finally get a reward it’s nearly impossible to use it. Tried to use BOGO shake reward and I couldn’t even order the one my daughter wanted because the app would only give me a scroll down menu to choose from. No particular order: large, medium, small, and mini all mixed up together. Very frustrating. Do better and bring back half price drinks!

1/2 off drink
Would love if I could easily find the 1/2 off drink I’m looking for when clicking on the redeem selection, instead of scrolling through tons of different drinks trying to find the size I am wanting. Why not group all sizes of the specific drink together? Or only have the drinks listed and you can click modify to choose the size you want. Very annoying.

App never works
This is the most unfriendly app for users. It hasn’t worked in months. I try it several times a week and it always says.” we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled it just never works.
Doesn’t make it faster
I thought it would be faster to order through app but it’s not. Sonic seems to be getting thinner and thinner on number of team members. I remember seeing an army when I was a kid.

What happened to the gravy you would get with the Chicken strips?
We use to eat Sonic atleast once a week.. but stopped because we would always get the chicken strips.. and now no gravy? That’s sad!

My favorite
Sonic will always be my favorite. Y’all serve the best burgers. Our grandkids love the grilled cheese. Of course we love the ice cream also.
Inconsistent
The app hasn’t worked for over a week. It would be OK if there was an option to use the promos at the drive-through.
Not happy
This place use to be amazing. I got a sonic double cheeseburger with everything on it is taste like 1000 island on it can’t mayonnaise and then I got a chili cheese sauce that was supposed to be white chili and we might this place is going away down here every time and I’ve tried to get a refund or a remake and I can’t get a hold of nobody they say it’s in my app. It’s not in my app so I would love to get a remake so we can actually eat our food

Personal opinion about the app
I really don’t like that half price drink deal the drinks are never in order. You gotta search through everything to try to find it. It’s all mixed up and secondly it really awesome if Sonic was the first app to give away like a free small combo or something or extra points every time you updated the app to show that you’re still able loyal customer. Just my opinion, but what do I know? Just got eight years of international customer service on my belt but I highly doubt they’ll even read this
