Jamocha machine broken
I’ve been eating at Arby’s for decades. The only complaint I have is when the Jamocha machine goes down, which doesn’t happen often. But when it does, I’m devastated. 😕😅

Can’t put receipt in
My receipt said to get the app so I could get a free sandwich. Turns out you can’t put points from a receipt in. I don’t like being lied to.
Online ordering
The Jonesborough, TN. Arby’s has always had my order correct. The food is hot and ready. Always the sandwiches I order are great. Very nice people working there.
I don’t think you guys understand how offers works
That is great, the food is good, but your offers are insulting. They literally stopped me from eating there today. I likely would’ve went there if I did not check the app. If you offer me a dollar off fries after I spend $10 you’re not offering to save me money., you are inviting me to spend more money. In this economy, that is tone, deaf, and largely insulting to any reasonable person. You’re not obligated to put offers out there but if you do, they need to really be a discount or something meaningful not just an opportunity to spend more money. What on earth are you guys thinking? I want you to know that I am literally driving to Subway instead because of this.
