Bad App
App offers deals that are not available on that day. Bogo sandwich deal offered in app on Sunday, but the fine print says it’s valid only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also promo code is hard to get to.
Online ordering
August 4 we placed an online order and went through the drive-through to pick it up before we got to the drive-through they called and said one of the items was unavailable. They had no replacements and could not cancel the order or cancel the line item so as of today August 7, we still haven’t gotten our $23 refund

Worst app to order food. After placing the order it automatically give pick up time after 8-10 min!?!? I walked to the store and they don’t get it YET. I have confirmation. What’s the use of using app if I have to wait 5-8 min for restaurant to get the order. Learn from McD or Burger King how to make a convenient app. Trash App.

The app is weirdly unorganized. Ordering a meal version is all over the place, hard to find and some options are missing depending how you got there. The worse problem is they delete your bag if you want to organize a meal in advance. If you have to order in the parking lot, might as well go into the drive thru.

Texts about 50% off are not true
You click on the offer in the text and guess what - no such offer is available in the app. I’m hungry, but dishonesty and misleading texts don’t fly with me.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Doesn’t work
I have deleted and reloaded the app a number of times, in an attempt to sign into my account. Unfortunately when I am finally able to get a code texted to my phone, verifying my information, I get an error message stating their system is down. This has been an ongoing problem for months now. I’m tired of the issues.

Says ANY sandwich but has exclusions in fine print. Dishonest!
Outrageous priced
Ok so I ordered arbys delivery. I was charged 6.50 for fees, another 3.50 for fees plus 4.00 for tip. So just to drive a block away i way charged 15 for ordering online. Wth are the fees!!!!!!

Limited app, easier to order at Arby’s
You can’t order two of the same meal with different choices selected, so my husband and I can’t both get a roast beef sandwich with different sides or drinks, which makes this app useless for us
They are scamming
I put in an order and when I went to pay and used Apple Pay it added $6.60 with zero explanation and then when I went into the store to ask them if they could resolve the issue, they said they could not do anything and everything is through the app do not use this app it will steal your money
