App Is Total Garbage
App is TOTAL GARBAGE!! It NEVER applies the rewards that you want to use when ordering, never allowing you to complete the order when trying to checkout. After several attempts, I gave up and took my business elsewhere.

I appreciate being able to order ahead. I adore the staff at my local Arby’s. I just wish the deals worked. NONE of the deals will load and I get a message to contact customer service. Unfortunately, they only have cut-and-paste customer service. It took a week to get a response and all they did was ask for the information I already sent. So, no help there. I found a toll free number but only get voicemail. So, no help there. Basically, you can order ahead but that’s it.

Garbage app
App is absolutely trash. It kicked me out and every time I try and log in it says my phone number is invalid. Click changed phone number verify by email then re add the phone number get a code and then it throws an error code. It’s done this for months now to no avail. Sucks because they are loosing business over it

No option to add missing points
First, please add turkey gyros back to the actual menu. I cannot order online because I have to ask for the substitution. Then, when I follow your exact instructions, “go to rewards, select history, AND TAP MISSING POINTS”-there is NO TAP MISSING POINTS. Please correct this because we love your turkey gyros and would like to order ahead.

Sure would be nice to give options to modify the order like one can do at the drive thru or counter.

I got an email from Arby’s and it looked intriguing. I decided to restore the app.
I don’t remember my password. And the idiot app won’t let me change it without “the 6-digit code” that it evidently has a problem sending to the same email address I got the original email at. Frustrating!
If I don’t get some kind of response soon, I’ll just delete the app again… it’s not worth the frustration!

Awesome
They have a new nine piece steak nuggets so delicious so tender. I had to order three of them. That’s how good it is.
App removes rewards if you leave the app.
I switched over to transfer money and came back on to pay and after paying I realized it removed my reward and paid full price for a sandwich I was supposed to get free.

Broken app
App’s broke. It used to just be annoying, because you had to re-enter your credit card information every time, and couldn’t even place an order for drive-through. I deleted it for a while, but tried it again for the new happy hour deals. Now it won’t even let me login or sign up for a new account. I just get redirected to a webpage and get some sort of “application error”.
I never have these problems with the McDonald’s app, I guess I’ll go there.

My order
I ordered the cheesesteak, curly fries, cherry turnover & sweet tea today. Order was over $16, so an expensive meal. The steak sandwich perfect, plentiful. The curly fries had to be setting in a fryer way too long…. they wet all too crunchy, ALL of them, none were soft! The tea very watery, not a good taste at ALL, I tossed it! No more meals for me, I’ll stick to sandwich ONLY!! Very disappointing!
