Sent my order to the wrong restaurant even though I pre selected the correct one. Also asks you to start your order every time you do anything even though it’s already started. Poor messaging. Figure it out.

It's difficult to eat a salad without a fork. And though the menu said that there would be chilly, there wasn't. Come on, Wendy's. You can do better than this!
