Disgruntled
The app is plenty fine, but I have still two this day yet to receive a refund for a $20 order that they canceled once I arrived at the window due to not having available supplies. This review pertains to the Wendy’s company.

Current format is frustrating
The separation they have between the delivery side and the pick up side is frustrating. I cant use rewards or the deals they have for in store pick up on my delivery orders. I often order late so have to rely on delivery and being kept out of those deals isnt ide

No option to add an extra patty to smaller burger on app. This sometimes means they get overwhelmed with cold salad.

I typed in my email address. The app claimed that I get a link through my email. I tried multiple times and not a single email from Wendy’s appeared inbox or junk mail. This app is a joke.

Congrats to the Wendy’s on university Boulevard in Moon Township Pennsylvania. They have successfully screwed up another order!
Every time I order from THIS LOCATION my order is wrong.
Today’s fiasco, I ordered plain Jr. Bacon cheeseburger Biggie bag, and a Coke online.
I arrived at the location, went through the drive-through and picked up my order. Knowing their reputation for screwing my order up in the past, I checked before I left the restaurant. Lo and behold my plain JBC had everything on it.
I got out of my car and walked back into the restaurant and they were happy to fix their mistake. I appreciated that.
As I was driving back to work, I decided to take a drink of the Coca-Cola that I had ordered. Lucky me it was some sort of flavored Coke that I did not order. At this point I was so frustrated. That I said the hell with it and decided not to return.
The sad part is they were not super busy. So frustrated……..

Hate delivery options
As long as you’re using the app at a store, you’re fine, but this thing has a vendetta against anyone who wants something delivered. The rewards are garbage and when you have enough points, anything you actually want won’t let you place a delivery order.
Mobile App
Wendy’s mobile app used to have the best rewards and deals and lately have not been good.
