Payment system sucks
Paying in phone is damn near impossible, unless you add funds to your wallet. Edit: it’s been 2 years and now even the wallet has issues.

I needed something small but good and tried a Jr bacon cheeseburger using your value deals for $4.00 and it was as great as I ordered on my phone and picked it up at the drive through. It was so fresh, hot and delicious

I just ordered a large watermelon lemonade and I've been waiting here 20 minutes through the drive-through. I see employees walking around looking at their phone, but I'm not going to use this app anymore cause once I make the order on the app I can't just leave the line.

You should be able to pick a reward and have it added to your bag along with the item. Currently, it’s very confusing.

Best Fast Food App
I use probably five or six different fast food apps and Wendy’s is definitely the best. First up when you open it It has exactly what you want to see, a button to order, rewards status and current deals. Other apps, particularly McDonald’s, pop up promotional items that you have to figure out how to get around. The menus are clear and the items are easy to select. Customizing
is very easy and restaurants have gotten good at understanding special orders.
What makes it best is you can change your order up to within 10 minutes of picking it up. You can cancel it, change the order or change the pick up time and even the location.

Today breakfast was great. Everything is hot and fresh. Yesterday it was mid. Everything was “warm” and the caramel cold brew was all cream and caramel. I wish I could add the picture to this review

The crystal lake IL Wendy has the friendliest staff out of all the Wendy’s in the area the also have been super helpful when I couldn’t decide on a sandwich
No way to pay fron app
It said that my card already existed it already had it in there so I chose that card and nothing happens. It doesn’t pay with it so I then go to add a card and I add the exact same card. I tried to scan it which doesn’t work so I put in the card details manually and that says oh this card has already been registered. It still won’t let me pay with it so the app completely fails. It’s useless.
