Recently they changed the app so the customizations are different if you are ordering for delivery for example if I order chili for pickup I can order extra cheese and chili sauce packets those options go away if I order for delivery it’s frustrating
Offers & Rewards
Wendys gets a A+ from me for being the only fast food that allows rewards and offers to be used at the same time. Plus they’re chili is amazing.

Order should not be accepted if items are sold out/unavailable. AND when someone arrives to pick up the accepted mobile order, the store should verify that the order can be fulfilled before telling the guest to pull forward and continue to wait in line only to be informed that the store is unable to complete the order. My money was refunded, but I wasted gas and time, and I got nothing. DO BETTER. Quality is the main ingredient? Ha!

Cant order frosty through the app
You can’t add frosty to a mobile order. I cannot order their signature treat on their own app. This is equivalent to Burger King’s mobile app not having the whopper on the mobile menu for customers to order. Absolutely ridiculous.
It’s ok not as good as others
The points feel like they build slowly and it is sorely lacking a large range of offers like Burger King and McDonald’s both of witch almost always offer a free large fry and much better deals all around would like to see some improvements and they should really consider letting people use points and offers at the same time that would put this app in the lead with the other 2 improvements I mentioned
Allso most locations you cannot order coke freestyle drinks and you can’t order sides of cheese sauce on app rather it’s a major pain in the butt I have to go in and buy my drink and cheese sauces every time

The lady in the window was friendly and made sure she gave me my straw. I was in and out quickly without pulling my car up. Great job
Limited Options
I love Wendy’s and the points are good, but ordering Tea as a drink with my meal isn’t an option so can’t use the app to order ahead.

Dine In Orders not sent as Dine In
Time and again, I will preorder a meal at Wendy’s for Dine-in. When I get to the restaurant the print out says Takeout. My app receipt still says Dine-In but that’s not what the restaurant receives. The restaurant systems need to have that fixed.
The app is better than their competitors
The app is easy to use. Like how I can use points for basically anything on the menu. Points don’t expire like McDonald’s.
