i ordered food via this app. i am missing two items and there is no way to report this customer service. horrible app, horrible experience. if i could give 0 stars, i would!

Why would I choose to claim my reward item at another wendys? I already chose my food item and my pickup location. Now i want to claim my reward item. NOOOOOOO I DO NOT WANT TO PICK UP THE REWARD ITEM FROM ANOTHER WENDYS. Are your developers stupid or something!!! Stop reseting my pickup location when I add my reward.

Predictive location issues
My family uses this app all the time. However, I have had several issues with the app changing the location when adding rewards to my purchases. Usually this happens when I am ordering as a passenger in the car. It is extremely frustrating to have to go several miles out of the way when this happens.

Service was really slow, amidst finished my frosty waiting for the rest of my food. Nuggets were over cooked.

You choose your offers thinking that will be applied at the end pay the full price no reward or offers applied.

Ease of the Wendy’s menu interface is very convenient and user friendly.The reward program is very rewarding for loyal customers and the speed of the drive thru option is light years better than McDonald’s.
I love Wendy’s it changed my love.

Good — but is missing items
I like the app, it’s pretty great, but it’s missing some items that I know they have, like Dr Pepper. Just seems a little strange.
Friendly Employees & clean dining room
I like coming to this Wendy’s cause it’s very clean and employees are friendly. I ordered a double Stack meal minus mustard but added tomato & lettuce but somehow it had mayonnaise. Ended up eating it without half the bread that had the mayo, tomato and pickles. I was annoyed but still gave 5 stars.

Works in a pinch
Not every location is the same. Some have some pretty on the ball employees like Woodland Park and Palmer Park locations. Some seem to be struggling with lack of continuity. It works and have no real issues with any particular location.
Don’t be in hurry!
If you are wanting a quick bite at the Sutton, WV Wendy’s you may want to reconsider! It took us over 40 minutes in the drive thru to pick up our mobile order.
