09/09/26 - Will not let me use rewards.
PLEASE FIX - iPhone 14 Pro Unable to use any rewards for mobile orders, I have points accumulated and get an error when I try to add to card purchases. App is updated. Let me get my free extra queso and tortillas 😭

They offer you promos in the app and you meet the requirements, but they don’t apply it saying you have not met the requirements

Consistently awful experience using app at multiple locations
Order is consistently missing, wrong and not on time. Service through the app to correct issues is constantly a headache

Everything was fine, but
It would not accept my reward for a free chips and guac. Saying I didn’t meet the requirement of spending five dollars when I certainly did.
Be ready to get ripped off
Multiple times orders not right or ready and there is usually no way to get help on the app or in person. They just make you bear the cost. Someone needs to do a class action lawsuit on this. I have documented cases.

I love the app it’s super simple! The only one I have is that my free stuff never will upload. I’m never able to use it. Not sure why but it always tells me no:(

Order location hangs on previous location. Does not use nearest location as order location
Every other food app does this. Leads to a lot of orders in the wrong location if you’re a frequent user esp since it doesn’t notify you you’re far away. Obvious user issue, but every app has preventatives built in to prevent wasted food and money
Family dinner
Tonight’s dinner fell flat with Chipotle pickup. The food was all cold despite being picked up within 10 minutes of ordering and chips were stale.
Very well designed
Honestly one of the best food apps I’ve ever used. All the options are very easy to follow.
Beware of delivery prices
It’s not just service fees and delivery charges anymore. The actual menu items and entrées increase in price per item when selecting delivery. My $25 order quickly became $45.
