Online order Issue
I have the worst experiences with online ordering. I have the worst payment issues, having to delete my card and re-enter it. Order pick issues. Lately the quality or missed items that aren’t revealed until we arrive to pickup. Plus stale chips (often), and hard rice mixed in with fresh rice.
Non-Rewards
My rewards don’t function on the app and I have to phone Chipotle every time

The app always says I have rewards and then when I try to apply them, they never work. Ever!

Rewards never qualify to stay in bag at checkout. Wtf
Free chips never works on the app
I love chipotles and I love their chips but they entice me with free chips, lure me into loading bag with more than I can eat and then say the promo code isn’t valid cos I haven’t spent enough money. 😳
Great food terrible costumer service
Chipotle has the worst costumer service out of any food app I have ever used. Good luck trying to cancel a misplaced order, good luck calling to complain about a piece of hair or something like that in your food you will get no where. The costumer service ai “pepper” they use doesn’t work at all and crashes constantly and since the locations don’t have a phone in the stores if you wanted a refund or something you would have to call costumer support in India which again good luck.
This isn’t directed at the workers it’s directed at the CEO and lazy upper management of the company, fix your apps, get a phone in the store in the manager office so problems can be resolved… do better.

Tried using the group order option and it failed multiple times.
Not allowing free drink
It says I have a free drink with a $5 purchase in my rewards, but even though my purchase is almost $20 it’s not allowing the free drink

Has free offers like Guacamole but does not let you use it in-spite of meeting conditions
No chicken , no veggies on a Friday
Had to change my order three times because a busy location in Boston doesn’t have chicken or fajita veggies
