Chipotle Makes Me Happy
In a world full of junk food and over the top prices, thank you chipotle for supporting fresh healthy ingredients at an affordable cost. I still cry a little year of joy every time I order here. Thank you thank you and please don’t ever change a thing!!!
User friendly
One of the easiest food apps to use. If I could improve one thing, it would be to know when my order is ready.
Order never ready
Order said it would be ready at 7:10 they’re still making it at 7:25 this location is going down hill one worker making to go orders and line is all the way to the door SMH

Constant issues with kickback of pick up time issues that are glitchy
No vinaigrette
I have been to this chipotle plenty of times it seems like the staff never want to give me the vinaigrette for my food.. that’s the only way I like to eat my food.
Clunky
The app needs to get cleaned up. Enough of the toy badges. Point redemption is clunky.

Please stop with all the updates every two to three weeks.

Price Change after checkout
It makes absolutely no sense how the price of my order magically increases when I go to check out and I receive a message saying “Our Bad. Your order total has changed.” That is absolutely crazy and definitely a form of robbery. Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) — Fla. Stat. §§ 501.201 et seq. Prohibits unfair methods of competition, unconscionable acts, and unfair or deceptive practices in trade or commerce, which explicitly covers misleading advertising and last-minute pricing switches. I will be taking legal action for this.

Always so unprofessional, always have to wait for them to get more food than start making more meat before they have nothing left.
Better then using Uber Eats
Love the app, it allows you much more flexibility then other apps, like adding extra sour cream or adding item as a side plus you get points that turn into free meals, it’s a no brainer.

Chipotle is as good as it gets for fast food. Mostly transparent clean ingredients, generous portion sizes, and decent sides. Their rewards program could be better.
People complaining about skimping don’t know how to order. If you order rice and chicken, you’re not getting a heaping bowl of rice and chicken.
The app however is really terrible and their Apple Pay setup is really poor. Chipotle needs to change their checkout process to implement one-tap experiences for Apple Wallet.

Online ordering
Having items on your menu that are online ordering only is ridiculous. I had to sit in your store with my 4 kids and order online because you wouldn’t make an adult size quesadilla. I’m extremely frustrated with this process.

Not a Great Day at Chipotle
Just got a burrito at a chipotle that I frequent regularly. I had a couple of issues unfortunately. I ordered on the app and chose the pick up in the drive through. I sat there for 4 minutes watching the employees passing out orders to other customers that were either picking up their food or possibly door dash. They served two people that pulled up and parked after I got to the window before even acknowledging me at the window. When I got the food home, the rice in the burrito was so undercooked, it was closer raw than cooked. I will say that I have had mostly good experiences at this location, so maybe it was just a bad day.

Terrible customer service
Tried to cancel an order after placing it at the wrong location within a minute of placing it. There’s no recourse for it. The bot on the app just autocloses the conversation and you can’t get ahold of a person via the phone. My moneys just gonna and my foods just sitting on a shelf somewhere.
Certainly the worst
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will not order Chipotle again. Literally never. Pepper is an unhelpful agent and there is no option for customer support.
