Can’t load it

Good for travelers

I almost didn’t download because of the reviews but the app works perfectly. Easy to purchase tickets and load to Wallet. No need to set up an account. The directions feature is really helpful - especially where to enter/exit metro stations.

Once the login and password are created, it was impossible to sign in, kept glitching, for both myself and my daughter so was not a one off

American tourist should avoid

If you travel into Paris as an American, avoid the subway and bus system and the Navico card usage. They’ve intentionally made the system, when translated to English, fault and not provide the indicated service. I purchased 10 tickets at a kiosk. I charged all 10 with additional trips. Then we went to the entryway from the louvre to travel into the city. At the entry, gates were all open, not working as they should. We placed all our 10 cards onto the indicated area and went inside. Approx 10 feet inside, a transit person stopped us and scanned our tickets. Telling me that none, NOT ONE!, of the tickets had value. In addition I was being charge $70 euro each as a penalty. I had receipts for all the charged transit cards and the trips purchased. This did not matter. She would not allow us to pass at all. She fined us and threatened us with arrest if we continued to object. She indicated “Americans” twice in our conversation as uncooperative. I asked for a supervisor and was rejected. And if I didn’t pay onsite she treated to confiscation of my passport. Not once did any of the other transit persons check anyone else coming through. They had three others posted at this location. This was an outrageous event. Totally offensive as there was no common sense used. I have tried to reach out to support or a supervisor but there does not seem to be a system to address this. Looks like it is typical.

Scam Written All Over It

Why is the app forcing me to enter credit card information merely to download the app? That in itself, makes it too suspicious for me to proceed.

Interface pour payer les tickets trop tordue

Ticketing easy but route planning fails 90% of time

It is really easy to buy tickets on the app and load them to your iPhone, Apple Watch or Navigo card. However, 90% of the time you try to check a route it gives you, “oops, and error has occurred, try again later”. So frustrating!! We had much better luck with Apple Maps for routes from one place to another.

Avoid - wrong Date on Tickets

Navigo tickets purchased on the App have the incorrect date and unable to refund without apparently needing to go to a ticket office and getting the app ticket cancelled then requesting an in app refund

This app is amazing! First time in Paris didn’t get lost once. I am a Solo traveler 🗼❤️

Avoid this App!

Wrong information given by app.
App sent us on 351 bus. The bus circled around Paris, then went in completely the opposite direction. The train line was closed, so buses were packed! After over an hour on the bus, we asked the driver who told us the bus went nowhere near where we were supposed to go!
Finally got to our hotel after a 35 minute Metro trip from a remote corner of Paris!

Beware!

Paid for a single trip to Gare du Nord. Tapped and gate wouldn’t open but app still zeroed out the fare. Tried again and gate still. wouldn’t open. Had to Uber. Very glitchy.

確実に改善をした方がいいです

パリ観光で使用するためにダウンロードしましたが、仕様が悪すぎて確実に改善した方がいいと思います。
以下理由です

・娘の分は別で購入せねばならず、結局紙のカードを購入せざるおえなかった

・パートナーがクレジット決済をした後に、ウォレットに追加しようとしたら何度もエラーが起き追加できず、30分かけてAIに聞いたり色々試したがウォレットに繋がらず、結局紙のチケットと新たな回数券を買うことになり、一回分の料金は引き落とされていたので無駄になった。(返金もされないし、寄付した形になってしまった。おそらくこういう方他にもいるんじゃないでしょうか)
ウォレットに繋げるのではなく、アプリ内で完結する形にしないと同じことが何度も起こる可能性がある

・私は初めはうまく行ったが、2度目にチケットを購入しようとしたら、購入できなくなった。
別のカードを試し、最終的に決済はでき、領収書もメールで届いたのだが、ウォレットに反映されておらず、改札で何度試しても新しく購入することを催促される画面ばかり出てきた。癪だったので、15回くらい試したら、ウォレットにやっと反映され、改札を通過できた。
5分以上経っても反映されないのは意味がわからない。また、即座にもう一度購入させる画面が出てくるので、初め私の購入が失敗してるのかと思ったが既にメールには領収書が届いていたので、そうではない。

以上、1日の間で起こった出来事で、このアプリのことが心底信用できません。
また一度入れたクレジットカード情報も、もう一度購入しようとすると全て消えていて(保存するかどうかも聞かれませんでした)一から入力せねばならず大変不便
paypalなどが使えると便利
アップルウォレットではなく、アプリ内で完結できる形にしてください

Sorry for this bad experience. The ticketing service of our partner IDFM was probably experiencing some instability, and we sincerely apologize for that. Before answering the many points of your message it seems important to clarify that if the ticket is not loaded, you will be automatically refunded (within 15 days maximum). If your purchased tickets do not appear in the Tickets tab of the Bonjour RATP app (please check whether you have multiple digital cards) or in a Navigo card in the Apple Wallet app, it is likely that the purchase did not go through and that the ticket was not loaded. If this was your first purchase with loading on a phone or watch, it is important, after payment, to complete the ticket loading process into a virtual Navigo card in the Apple Wallet app. This first ticket must be used before making any other purchases. About bank details, a checkbox allows you to save them if you are already logged into your IDFM Connect account. You will then not need to enter them again. At last, PayPal is not currently offered as a payment method, but we have noted your suggestion. 🙏 Tom

J’aime bien qu’on nous indique les choix: métro, autobus vélo, etc. Donc , plusieurs itinéraires avec la durée prévue.

Fast, Easy & Accurate

Spent 3 days in Paris and this app was my best friend!! Very easy to use, even for a native English speaker from small town USA. Be sure to allow location services and you simply tap on what you want to see and it plots several easy routes to get you there. Even shows routes with less walking. I love that all the stations and stops are coded by number and color. Will use this app again whenever I am in Paris. Really wish other big cities like Rome, would copy this app!!!

Unnötige App

Die gesamte App ist meiner Meinung nach unnötig kompliziert aufgebaut, wenn man schnell etwas sucht.

Tickets kann man als iPhone-Nutzer auch direkt in der Wallet-App kaufen und orientieren kann man sich mittels Google Maps.

Der einzige Nutzen der Bonjour RATP-App aus meiner Sicht ist, dass man den gesamten Metro-Linienplan von Paris zum Anschauen hat.
