Slow and Crashes
The app is slow to load and crashes a lot. Sometimes won’t load at all. Very disappointing to try and work with on the go. Seems like a company that is supposed to help make life easier would create an app that works correctly.
Almost there
The texting on the app almost works. The phone calls on the app almost work. it’s impossible to reliably use the app for communication.

Hey team. Very simple request I work mortgages with bonzo. Which is the most profitable business you at bonzo supply and half of the revenue you generate. If there is an option to enable dark mode on the bonzo app I appreciate it. We need it on dark mode!!!! Easier on our eyes thanks!!

Awful
Crashes on the regular. Doesn’t allow log ins frequently. Even after changing passwords. I’ve gone to answer calls through the app and can’t receive them. This is by far the worst CRM mobile app I’ve ever used. The website is better. But this app is absolutely horrible.
