We need dark mode on the bonzo app.
Hey team. Very simple request I work mortgages with bonzo. Which is the most profitable business you at bonzo supply and half of the revenue you generate. If there is an option to enable dark mode on the bonzo app I appreciate it. We need it on dark mode!!!! Easier on our eyes thanks!!

Awful
Crashes on the regular. Doesn’t allow log ins frequently. Even after changing passwords. I’ve gone to answer calls through the app and can’t receive them. This is by far the worst CRM mobile app I’ve ever used. The website is better. But this app is absolutely horrible.
Constant crashes. Constant freezes. Sometimes it just doesn’t work.
Does what it’s supposed to but it could be improved by miles.
Bonzo Rules
Bonzo saved my life. In 100 ways. Candidly I’ve been producing in my industry for 22 years and this CRM is an answer to prayer. Campaigns, landing pages, video text and email, presentation suite, dialer, dedicated number for call and text. It rules. The mobile is issue ridden however the point of Bonzo is not to use on your phone but rather as a crm that allows you to be free of your phone. So yeah a janky app to a top tier web based CRM. It’s a win. Get your time back!

Great App
I’ve really enjoyed taking bonzo with me on the go! Allows me to manage everything I would want to while I’m not at my desk
App Crashes
The app will not open on my iPhone running iOS 18.5. This has been going on for months. I try to open the app, it shows the loading screen, then crashes. I can receive phone calls if a prospect calls in, but cannot access any other functionality.
It’s hard to say how awful
The support on the website and this app are almost too horrible to describe. Not only that, the iPadOS app only crashes.

Glitchy app
Online version is great. App notifications are inconsistent. The app will randomly fail and close as well.
Issues with making phone calls & receiving notifications
I’ve been working with Bonzo for months now. They cannot seem to figure out the issue with making phone calls. I also do not receive notifications to my phone. Only when I go into the app which defeats the whole purpose of having notifications on. It used to notify me when I was receiving a call via Bonzo, those notifications stopped. I am currently looking for a new CRM as I cannot continue to have these issues.

WORST APP EVER. HOW ARE WE IN 2024 AND THEY CANNOT GET THERE APP WORKING CORRECTLY. ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR. FOLLOW UP BOSS IS MUCH BETTER. YOU CANT EVEN DO A GROUP TEXT ITS EMBARRASSING

I understand the vision that Jason has for this company, they just need to pour some more effort into the app and make as user friendly as possible.
For me constantly being on the road, it’s a bummer that I have to get out my laptop every single time I have to work a lead.

Beyond grateful
The app cannot do all that the crm does however it’s worth the investment and patience. This by far is the greatest crm in the industry.
Call won’t connect
It wont let me dial out. I tried having customer service help me but they couldn’t figure it out either
Bonzo is saving my life
Seriously yes, this app has its issues, Jason, the founder always says Bonzo is always in “Beta.” This means that the Bonzo team strives to improve their system which I’ve seen them do over the last 10 months I’ve been using this system. If you are a professional in this industry, once the system is learned, and utilized properly it is an incredible way to better manage the day to day nuances of what we do as professionals in this industry.
