WE NEED UNLIMITED MILES & FLIPS.
Great service however for the extravagant membership fee, there should be unlimited miles and more than 18 flips per year. Also there should be some other models not just CT6 and ESCALADES.

Don’t deal with them , they’re not to be trusted . They will steal your money and throw you to the curb .

Great Service. Great Staff. I have been a member since Day 1. I have never had any issues. The Book Team has always gone above and beyond any time I have had a request. Excited to see the program grow!
Vehicle Options
Improvements I would like to see from the app are: vehicles options - color, trim level, year etc.
I think some level of customization should be offered. I have owned previous Escalades and always the Platinum trim. I would like to book the same trim level when I reserve an Escalade.

Silence
I’d love to rate the app but after signing up, complete silence. Not even an email stating Thanks for your sign up, the wait list is X months long, we’ll notify you soon of an opening. Not even a confirmation email. I want to be part of Book but better communication with potential customers needs to happen.
