WE NEED UNLIMITED MILES & FLIPS.

Great service however for the extravagant membership fee, there should be unlimited miles and more than 18 flips per year. Also there should be some other models not just CT6 and ESCALADES.

Vehicle Options

Improvements I would like to see from the app are: vehicles options - color, trim level, year etc.

I think some level of customization should be offered. I have owned previous Escalades and always the Platinum trim. I would like to book the same trim level when I reserve an Escalade.

I like the service and think it’s a great idea.
