Bait and switch
This app does NOT do what you think it does.
It will NOT let you rent a specific model or trim. So if you want to try a 911 4S or a GT3 or a Targa or a Turbo, too bad. The only choice is “911” - stupid as there are over 20 different trim levels for the 911 in MY2023 alone.
Also, the app will not tell you about general availability, or do a search. When you pick a date, it will tell you if it’s available. You then have to keep picking new dates. Talk about a waste of time.
This app is only for people who want to rent a porsche, without caring what model it is or when it’s available.
Whoever is in charge of this program at Porsche should be fired.

Non responsive customer service
After you install the app it gives a 213 area code (Los Angeles) phone to call. Called all times of the day for a week no one picks up the call or returns voice messages. Application says pending status after weeks. Finally got hold of person who says application rejected. Would not disclose why. Wanted to try different models before purchasing. Really condescending customer service. Finally went over to Aston Martin new port beach who treat you with respect and test drive a car for a day and got a DBS. Hey Porsche you lost a customer with the incompetent juveniles who are running your program

They lie
They will tell you cars are available but they aren’t. Then they keep telling you one will be available in a few days but it won’t. The goal is to get your money, nothing else. If you just want to try driving a Porsche and you don’t care which one then it’s fine. But if you wanted to try out something specific like a Carrera or a Cayenne because you were thinking of buying one then don’t waste your time. Terrible service and terrible experience.

Areas Of Operation Errors
The app states it operates in Atlanta, Nashville, and Louisville. You can select any of those locations and the app then states PORSCHE does not service ( Selected City ).
Same message for all of the other cities it claims to operate within.. don’t waste your time! If the app doesn’t work, you can be assured their lease rental program is just as bad. 😏

Poorly thought out and very much a scam
Most vehicles are not available, the app glitches and you never get follow up from support agents. For the price they need to do better, this is pretty sad of the Porsche brand.
