I am so impressed how easy it is to scan and also manually download books! I tried a couple other apps before I found this one and I wasn’t impressed. They were confusing. Thank you for this great app!
Wish I had found this years ago
I considered a number of options, but ultimately decided on this one. I have entered over 200 books so far, and am pleased with the process. About half the books are older, and must be entered manually. I recently discovered bulk editing is possible, so that will make the job a little faster going forward. I have noticed that when entering the isbn (rather than scanning a barcode) sometimes the publisher or other fields don’t match the book I have.
Searching online works reasonably well, except for older books. Recent versions show up, but almost everything needs to be adjusted- it’s easier just to enter manually
Suggestions
Some of my books have a library of congress number rather than an ISBN- it would be helpful if there was a place for that, and an option to use it instead.
Overall, I definitely recommend this app, and suggest you start using it right away, before you acquire any more books 🙂

I have scanned over 20 books now and ZERO isbn info has been found. They have stolen my $9.99.
Fantastic!
You do need to upgrade for a small fee but it’s not a subscription it’s just a one time charge and you can then proceed to catalog all of your books! The scanning works perfectly! Just all around awesome.
The best book inventory app
BookBuddy is a wonderful app and it allows for me to maintain a clean inventory for all of the books I own. Once in a while I need to manually add in a book that it doesn’t recognize, but it’s an easy task to do. I highly recommend the app.
Love this app
I’ve been using this for a couple years now. Very easy to use. I have had maybe a handful not scan and need manual input. I will say I wish I could also track my book sub boxes with this! It would be so much easier
Disappointed
I originally wanted a different app. The one I wanted does not show up on Apple App Store. This was top of the list as a close related app. Was disappointed that half my books I scanned. I had to go back and enter in manually anyways save yourself the time in trouble and just get Handy library from Google.

FANTASTIC APP
I love this app - I can scan barcodes or enter ISBNs in manually, take photos of covers that don’t automatically apply, and even keep track of which books I’ve leant out. First 50 books are free to scan, then a one time and lifetime price for $10. I’m using this to keep track of my 300+ books and as evidence for any insurance needs!

Great App
I definitely would recommend this app for anyone looking to catalog their books and track their collections.
My only complaint would be that I have to manually create and add books to the “series” filter. This can be frustrating when you have large book series or a lot of different series. It would be nice if it would automatically gather this information online and create them for you. If they did an update that added that feature, this would easily be a 5* review for me!

Wish there was a way to delete more than one book at a time at one city when I do my DF my clearance out or go through my books
Best app for personal library management
Obsessed with this app and all the ways I can keep track of the books I own. I love the tag feature, changing how the books are sorted, the reading status, all of it. Amazing app!!
Great Inventory Tool
This app is my go-to for keeping inventory of my home library and those books I loan to others. I love all the filter features, ability to simply scan barcodes with my phone camera and have the books’ data automatically upload from the web including cover pictures, plus being able to find-tune presets and wanted/unwanted fields. The best part is being able to add individual titles or batches. You can’t ask for more!

The Best Book Tracker App!
Everything about this app is perfect, even the $15 price tag after 50 book entries. After using multiple apps and having a previous favourite, this one wins by far.
I would like to see a feature where you can add reviews and possibly share them with other members on the app (a potential social feature where you can follow others to look at their reviews and what they have read lately). This app features so many different statistics and I think it would be great to share as a community.
Importantly I would like to see the ability to share to Instagram stories more refined. At the moment when you try to share, all it does is share the book cover. It would be great if you could share the star rating you gave (like letterboxd) when you do so. Or maybe even a brief overview of the review you left (I’ve been keeping mine in my notes).
Other than that it’s an amazing app I love to use.
Please don’t do any major UI overhauls, it’s perfect the way it is now.

Works great
The app is fun and easy to use. It works best with newer books that have an ISBN. You can also search online and you may find your book, although you can't always find your exact edition, and often I've found there's no photo or it doesn't match (which isn't hard to change). Of course, you can add any book manually as well.
I don't know if by users adding new books, this helps others to be able to find the same edition or not..?? I hope so because it's a well-designed app, worth working on.
