notifications not great
I get notifications for something that’s interesting but when clicked, they don’t open to the topic. I can’t find what it mentioned within the app nor can I reference the notification. It’s frustrating and I feel like I am missing key information.

DONT DO IT. Forget the app the event is terrible, poorly planned. Not worth the money, overcrowded,overhyped, overpriced, unfair, feral (SHOULDER TO SHOULDER PUSHING AND YELLING), no order. Want to get a book signed? Yeah VIPs took every spot, GA holders are giving their tickets away for free bc of the disappointment. Horrible horrible horrible! CANNOT EMPHASIZE IT ENOUGH DO NOT GO DO NOT BUY TICKETS! I feel scammed. You’re paying money to spend money on things you can get at Etsy and Barnes and nobles nothing is original.

does not work
i can’t link my ticket. it keeps emailing me a broken link. just do physical tickets or put the tickets in the app. useless and unhelpful.
Lost my info
I spent 45 minutes on the app picking all of the activities I wanted to do after linking my ticket, and all of that disappeared when the app updated and now I can’t link my ticket. I don’t understand why this is being beta tested a week before the convention.

I have done everything under then sun and I still cannot link my ticket to the bookcon app. I’m kind of freaking out

How do you transfer tickets? It says you can manage tickets, but the app feature doesn’t allow us to do anything except view the tickets. HALP

A little clunky the first time you open it, but it operates pretty well otherwise. The layout is well-designed and the app overall is simple and easy to use.
