Updated a bug fix, suddenly my phone is jailbroken or modified
What is up with this update seriously? I have an ongoing challenge ive been working hard on and suddenly i cannot update my steps? Better do a bug fix again asap and stop causing halt on my step counts. Dont fix something that isnt broken
False “jailbroken/modified phone” detection
I am unable to use the BookDoc app because it incorrectly detects my iPhone as a jailbroken or modified device. My iPhone has never been jailbroken or modified, yet the app displays an error and refuses to open.
I have already updated the latest iOS and restarted my phone and confirmed that it is running on an official iOS version, but the issue persists. Please investigate and fix this false detection, as it prevents me from accessing the app. I hope the developers can address this bug in the next update.

Issue with fake step detection
I would like to suggest an improvement for the step tracking system. Right now, some people can get extra steps just by shaking their watch or phone, even though they are not actually walking or moving.
I hope the system can be improved to detect real movement only. This will make the challenges more fair for users who genuinely exercise and walk to earn their steps.

Didn’t properly sync
Sometimes the steps, distance and calories data didn’t sync correctly with Apple Health although I always ‘refresh data’. And no past achievements on average daily steps showed since Dec 2025.
