App keeps freezing on blank screen can’t go back to previous screen(multi days)impossible to use.
Sadly I can’t even get services from the surgeons because the app isn’t working properly , after entering the text msg verification code I gain access & then the main screen opens 1 of 3 options works I have no choice but to choose that then it opens up to a blank page that appears like it won’t load (never does ) on multiple days this has happened , I can’t go to previous page or reload. .. sadly this is the only way to set up surgery ! Extremely discouraging
