When I reserved tickets they changed my time without confirmation with and changed my seats also. Scammers fraud don’t buy tickets

Very worse their wallet system everything thing is good but wallet system too bad for money back 15 days wait but why??? For transfer money to wallet only 1000 can send and only five time can topup but if my ticket is about 6000 so we stuck at there ridiculous app wallet system
