Unable to book many routes and times
The route I want to book is available but not in the app. I want to book from Jahanian to Islamabad but I can only book the full route (Bahawalpur to Islamabad on app) otherwise have to go to terminal to buy ticket manually.

Bus Booking issues
Overall, the app is good and working fine. However, I suggest that seats (especially bus seats) should not be marked as booked until the payment is successfully completed. Additionally, please improve the payment process to make it faster and more user-friendly.

I’m using BOOKKARU app for travelling within cities including Isb,Lhr and Multan. Satisfied by the app because i don’t need to wait in the long lines to for booking. Just book the ticket and reach 15 min before time and you are onboard without any stress.
