Unable to book many routes and times
The route I want to book is available but not in the app. I want to book from Jahanian to Islamabad but I can only book the full route (Bahawalpur to Islamabad on app) otherwise have to go to terminal to buy ticket manually.

Bus Booking issues
Overall, the app is good and working fine. However, I suggest that seats (especially bus seats) should not be marked as booked until the payment is successfully completed. Additionally, please improve the payment process to make it faster and more user-friendly.

I’m using BOOKKARU app for travelling within cities including Isb,Lhr and Multan. Satisfied by the app because i don’t need to wait in the long lines to for booking. Just book the ticket and reach 15 min before time and you are onboard without any stress.
Scammers - they dont give refunds
Never use this app or there services with my sincere suggestion. My refund has not been processed since 3-Aug-2025 and they claim to clear the refunds in 24hrs.
Glitches
Your app is so so useful and is good as well but there are so so many glitches it is hard to make it work. Please improve the bugs.
For example, for the past two years i have never been able to make an account or sign up because they simply never send the code. Sometimes the app just does Not work without any reason and says no internet connection even though i have a stable internet connection at that time. And so on.

Extreme pathetic performance
This app has so many basic issues and bugs. Online payments gets rejected through jazzcash. Easypaisa option is usually blocked. Developer team never QC updates before releasing it to public. U have to keep on complaining on their whatsapp number but all in vain.

dysfunctional app
its been over 2 months since my app simply would not open, every time i do it shows me a loading screen with a prompt in the background asking me to add my number so they can complete my profile. the loading circle doesnt go away and inhibits me from accessing anything in the app. Ive tried every possible solution, even contacted their support team but cant find a fix to it, been 2 months. Honestly i expected more from them given the idea theyve come to market with but in the end not surprising. The app shouldnt have such issues to begin with. Anyway im mostly writing this for my own satisfaction because i highly doubt someone will ever read or god forbid act upon this but if you are somehow reading this please fix this issue id be pretty grateful.
