Updated Review….Excellent App at a Great Price
Dime a Dozen
Response from developer
Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’d like to clarify a couple of points that may help. The core features of PostPocket are free to use — you don’t need to subscribe right away. Instead, there’s a daily save limit that can be refreshed by explicitly choosing to watch an ad. In this sense, the free version works like a trial without time limits, so you can continue using the app indefinitely without payment if you’re okay with ads. Subscriptions are there for users who prefer an ad-free experience or want access to some extra features. As for the browser extension, PostPocket was designed to keep everything on-device and private, without storing your data on external servers. That’s why the current workflow is built around the native iOS Share Extension. I understand that may feel limited compared to Raindrop, but it was a conscious tradeoff for privacy and simplicity. I’m sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations, and I really appreciate your feedback — it helps me shape what comes next.
