Exactly as advertised (Unfortunately)
Annoyingly, it works.
It lets you log books. That’s it. There are no social features, no gamification, and no “AI assistants” trying to sell you things. It is aggressively simple. It’s like the developer took his own grumpy, anti-social personality and distilled it into Swift code.
I give it 4 stars due to being coerced into using it, I’ll change it to 5 stars if the developer doesn’t ask me to review his next app…
Response from developer
"Distilling my personality into Swift code" is the highest compliment I have ever received. It ensures type safety, stability, and zero tolerance for nonsense—much like my approach to this friendship. You admit it works. You admit it's bug-free. You admit it does exactly what it says. And yet, you withhold a star based on a personal vendetta. Typical. I’ll take the 4 stars as a badge of honor. It means I annoyed you enough to write this, but the code was too good for you to lie about it.
