Great
I love this app. It works so well and helps me stop doomscrolling. I use it during study/work hours and I set a setting so that if I need an app that is blocked I write a reason. Overall, super helpful, highly recommend!
Prevents me from opening anything on Mac
I’m disappointed. Many times it doesn’t even block the app I want it to. Now it blocks everything, I cannot even open Safari or even settings for god sake. I’m doing my office work and this started happening.
Truly a lifesaver
My phone addiction is SO bad but Jomo is helping that. Every other app I've tried I've just been able to bypass, but Jomo you can't. Love the copy the random code feature so I can get in if I need to in an emergency, but it's 100 characters so I've tried when the impulse is bad and given up lol. That means it's working!

How much do you value your life?
A few dollars to gain years of your life back? Easy, done. Best app on the App Store. Take some time to learn the tools of this app and it’s genuinely life changing.
Finally, I’m free
I myself come from a generation that had and now has unfettered access to YouTube, instagram, etc… since its infancy. My mind has developed an extremely obsessive and addictive habit towards these applications, causing me to not even be able to do my bed in the mornings, I have had phases in life when I somewhat restricted my use of social media/gaming/xxx and it led to me completing my bachelors in mathematics and landing a great job, but I was never fully free until now. It has been only 5 days and my screen time is down from 4 hours to less than an 45 minutes a day. This focus had led to me being so productive I completed projects that I previously thought were going to take weeks in days.
I dabbled with other methods such as screen time passcode and assistive access. But assistive access genuinely limited some important tools in communication I needed and screen time passcode required me to have my fiancée constantly on call just in case I needed to search something up or use the internet.
This in app allows me to set a clear boundary between using technology for my benefit, versus using it as an escape for my boredom.
Thank for giving me my life back.
