I downloaded the app and unfortunately for some reason I can’t login. It’s been over 2 days now. 😢

This is horrible to use. The pane constantly resizes (same as web), wishlists are broken, search function triggers a new page load. It’s just a bad user experience, which is a shame for such a great shop

Discount codes don’t come through, resetting password goes in circles and takes you back to old orders, shopify system doesn’t allow you to sign in as an account just a guest checkout even though I have an account (according to the app), etc. All a bit of a faff. Ended up not buying full basket and stuck to one item I needed. Will look elsewhere.

When I purchased more for the books, it said 10% discount on the app, but when I sign in , I can’t use my book
coupon reward!
And I just lose it!
They always use tiny little signs as a code which is hard to find out!
