Won’t let me verify my email

I have tried nine separate times to verify my email to start reading a book. It sent me the link and told me to click on it to verify my email. It just sent me to the website where it did not let me login or do anything. This app sounds amazing, but the execution does not seem all too favorable.

Can’t get it to open

I’ve deleted and reinstalled twice now and can not get this app to work.. it just keeps saying updating and won’t open. I’ve tried over and over for the past few months and still nothing

Great app!

I love this app and have used it for the last year. I’ve had no issues with email or getting my books.

Terrible app

This app is terrible. Major issues when trying to navigate it. For the past couple of months when I try to look up a authors page I can get to their page after several tries but then it sits there spinning and doesn’t connect me to where I need to go. I’m hoping this app can be fixed some how if not I will be deleting it and hopefully find another app to download my books from.

Hate the app!!

I love that I can read and review books before publication BUT you need to fix the searching bug and how you’re able to find the books; once you search for something and try to backtrack you’re right back at the initial homepage

Awful!

This is a poorly written app. How did Apple allow this app to be offered by its Store? After entering my email address correctly (twice) I did not get a confirmation email. The bigger issue is that it is difficult to navigate through. In order to move back to the page, after entering your email address, you are unable to go to the main page to allow you to select titles to review. In order to reach the main page, you have to the swipe the page up and close it and then go back to the page. Also, it doesn’t even allow you to select the categories of books you wish to review. Extremely rudimentary and poorly developed.

Useless

Won't let me log in. Won't let me access my account thru FB or my Apple ID.
I have had no response to my complaints. I am STILL unable to get into my account.
I have deleted this piece of digital excrement.

Terrible

This app is terrible. You cannot set more than one filter. Once you look at a book it takes you all the way back to the beginning of the search each time to look at another book. Authors should be very upset!

Fixed it!

I gave this app a horrible review because the pages scrunched and I couldn’t read the book. They sent me a message, so I tried again and it’s fixed! Things can change for the better.

Horrible App

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. It doesn’t keep your place when you read on the app, even if you bookmark your spot. It won’t allow you to email a copy of the books because the files are too large. The requests time out before you can email it to yourself. If you choose to download it, it doesn’t pop up or anything. It won’t even let me click on support. The actual website isn’t any better.

Regarding being unable to email books that are too large, that's not something that we can fix as email attachments have size limits and some books are simply to large to be emailed.

Limited functionality and poor UI

This is the first app I’ve downloaded from the App Store that’s not sized for my phone and requires a horizontal scroll. It also has half the content of the website, ie no author services. Which is a shame since the website is basically nonfunctional on safari for iOS. Not a great look for a service authors are paying to use.
