Huh

I get to watch a video of some book???? Dumb

BookWatch

Excellent app!

Could have been great

Love the concept. The execution is lacking, so far… maybe great in the future? The audio summaries are great. But, they randomly stop and you can’t access the rest of the content, leaving you stuck. The videos need to be curated. They are AI slop and could be neatly consistent if someone would just look at the AI content and tidy it up. For example, the same illustrative person shown from idea to idea or chapter completely changes and then changes back. Jeez. Just fix the simple distracting things like this and this product could be amazing.

Unable to use core features after purchase

I subscribed during a free trial and was charged $89.99 when it renewed.

Since then, the app consistently freezes during audio playback and never progresses to the quiz or summary screens. The only way to continue is to force close and reopen the app.

I have an up-to-date iPhone and tried basic troubleshooting. I also attempted to contact support but was unable to reach a representative (stuck on β€œconnecting you with someone now”).

I was unable to obtain a refund through Apple after contacting support.

Based on my experience, the app was not usable after purchase due to repeated crashes/freezing in the core learning flow.
