Useless: app is as useless as their customer service.

Will be speaking with events coordinator to ensure we discontinue our affiliation with this useless app. Called customer service for support; they were supremely unhelpful, rude, and now we’re at the event and unable to use it. Waste of money. Waste of time. Use literally any other service before this one.

Enter your password and then follow your device’s prompts to send your lead report. Needs a “booth rush” mode

Not a bad tool but the authors overlooked the most important moment: when hundreds of participants rush to the booth to get swag after presentations. When you need to scan hundreds of impatient people and need to go through 4 screens!! before you can scan the next person, the app stops being useful

Once a lead is scanned, it automatically brings you to prioritize and take notes on the conversation, which you can skip and fill in later. Does not do anything, no interface for lead capture.

You have to select and event from a list, I think, and purchase lead retrievals from it. Okay, but that is not really useful nor does it match the app description. Does anyone know an app that has an interface for letting customers input their info and storing it? That’s all I need, really. Otherwise, I will use a survey app like Google’s. It does work the way I’ve described, for those interested.

Our Lead Retrieval app is intended for event planner use and not universal - i.e. it cannot be used to collect leads at any/every show unless we are also printing the badges or you have access to the event organizer's attendee list. Boomset is one of the most respected Lead Retrieval capture tools in the market, used by Linux, SXSW, and Gainsight to name a few. Our tool captures lead info via QR codes (or NFC tapping) that have been created and used via our platform, in this case by your event’s organizer.

Best lead scanning app ever

It just works. Easy to capture QR codes from a distance. Adding notes is also easy. Captures dupes. Can download in real time. What’s not to like?

Easy to use, highly recommended!

Used the Boomset Lead Retrieval app yesterday at the Event Planner's Expo in NYC. So impressed with the easy usability and helpful features. Highly recommended, also love that I can download it right to my phone.

DOES NOT SCAN

Tried scanning potential clients to gather there information; the scan is inconsistent to say the least.

Abandoned the scanning system all together after 20+ attempts. DOES NOT WORK

Simple to use and very fast

Quick set up and very easy to use. We chose to use this instead of the iPad app we usually use which resulted in a 3x increase in lead captures. It's much easier to engage interested visitors when they are not spending their time completing an iPad contact capture form. Only issue was that some of the registration badges were printed on a printer with low ink. Those badges appeared more grey than black which resulted in bad scans that would not capture the lead. This was NOT a problem with the app, but rather the printer used at registration rendering the app useless on those visitors. Fortunately most had business cards.

Easy to use

It was easy to use. Nice interface. One gap: there should be a way to add a lead when the person does not have a badge with scanning features

Great product! Best lead retrieval system I've ever used

A bit pricey for my particular event hence only 4 stars but a seriously great product. Most of the time it was super quick to read a badge although patterns on a shirt could trick it every once in a while. All in all a great buy especially if u catch early bird pricing
