NEEDS ANOTHER IMPORTANT FUNCTION

Amazing app for the festival the only thing I would add is a list view of the timetable but to only show the artists you’ve favourited so you can see the clashes you have more easily

Won't let me log in

App will not let me log in whatsoever. Tried in different devices. Just get stuck in loading screen with my email

Doesn’t refresh?

It’s been over a month now and I can’t get the app to refresh. No hidden woods lineup on the app. Can’t get the chats to update from over a month ago. How do I fix??

A mixed bag

This app reminds me of my girlfriend. It’s the only person I get more than 5 notifications a day from, it’s constantly asking me for more money and encourages me to rush into booking things.

First off Boomtown festival itself is 5* best place on earth and the app is much better than the last 2 years (probably because the festi has half decent WiFi now).

Whoever promoted Boomtown at Drumsheds Halloween event, did you forget to tell the Boomtown artists? Probably wouldn’t have bought the ticket you told me get 24/7 if I’d of known you hadn’t told any of the Drums artists.

Awful app

I couldn’t use the app at the sight because the connection was so poor so topping up and seeing music was next to impossible. I just spent ages filling out their stupid survey for it to reset right at the end. What a waste of time.

Doesn’t work offiline? When there’s no signal

Ended up missing so many acts because the app doesn’t work offline, deleted my saved artists everytime I lost signal ( which was most of the time) :(

Alright, needs work to outshine woov

Offline functionality was poor, and update didn’t come soon enough to download in time whene there is not much data on site. Was not able to see my timetable or any timetable without mobile data- a precious and battery hungry resource. Finding things on the map was also useless I would much rather waypoint functions or for the stage searh to show o the map too, rather than being able to orbit around useless campsite icons.

Simplify the app, many of us are mangled when we’re using it too, straightforward home and lower taskbar options needed.

Also the ability to top up a friends wristband via your app would be very helpful !!!

Could be better

Need an offline function where you can see what artists you’ve favourited, kept signing me out so I couldn’t see who was on at what time. Would also be helpful if it had an arrow on the map so you could tell which direction you was going in like google maps.

Fundamentally flawed

Great festival but the app doesn’t work at all without data so useless at a festival.

Best festival app I've ever used

When I first downloaded this app I expected it to basically be a copy of the Boomtown website. Boy was I wrong! This is one of the best designed apps I've ever come across and it puts R&L's to shame.

Not working

App won’t let me sign up/sign in, just giving me a loading wheel which never resolves. Have tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is still there.

Best festival WORST APP

This app is absolutely horrendous compared to Woov one. Its very slow, very laggy, you scrolling artists is skippy. There’s a delay love hearting them. The map is laggy and barely usable. So many features missing such as groups, friends and sharing set lists amongst them within app.

This app needs big performance improvements and feels unfinished!

Doesn’t work!

Every time I open the app, after only just a few seconds, it decides to close by itself! The app runs extremely slow when it’s not closing on its own. Very disappointed and worried about how I can use this at the festival if it doesn’t even work now!
