I’m a rare reviewer
I think this is only the second time I’ve ever reviewed an app in history in my 20 or so years as an Apple account holder and this app was working, barely, yesterday. But today it seems to be fully dysfunctional. It’s such a shame as this was how I was planning to build my schedule today and I can only imagine the amount of artists that are not getting exposure due to a result in poor upkeep of this app. At this point in time it cannot be opened, it claims I have no internet signal and won’t let me see any acts at all.

Easy way to search for shows, save the truly weird ones and buy tickets.

I just received an e-mail indicating the app has just been updated. Whereas I sometimes still get the “You’re offline” when I first open the app, in general it’s much improved and I see all my tickets, QR codes, directions, etc. Nice job.
The only small observation is the title on the app store states “Edinburgh Fringe 2025 official”. Maybe want to avoid the year in future?

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the frustration this has caused. We had some issues getting the latest version through app store submission, which is now resolved and live. Please update to the newest version - this should fix the problems you've experienced. If issues persist after updating, get in touch with us directly and we'll sort it out.

This app is still set for 2025. Is there a 2026 version?
