Worst customer service ever
You expect you customers to keep a word doc and copy and paste prior chats to have access to them. Your self service confirms that auto pay can be cancelled in writing and then your agents say that is not possible. You have no options to change repayment dates and you excessively try to debit people’s accounts multiple times a day (5 times a day today) for repayment. Why do you excessively debit people’s accounts make them upset and have no options to assist. What a sham and a horrible app.

Deceptive Practices
Clearly states advances can be approved same day after setting up direct deposit through their system. Customer service then states that it takes 1-2 pay cycles for them to verify before they can approve. Seems like a trick just to get people to switch deposits to them.

App said I was already eligible for $50.00 cash advance but would either do 25 without premium or full 50 with premium . Paid 10 subscription fee just for the app to say the cash advance failed ….DONT install and won’t remove this comment until they fix it. BAD BUISNESS BAD APP WILL SCAM YOU

I was able to use this to apply for Boost Money which was a very simple process. From there I was able to get a cash advance delivered within a few minutes. So far so good!
