CRASHES
Keeps crashing since latest iPad iOS update. Please fix it! Sad it has been months since this app got destroyed by an Apple iPad update that forces these apps into landscape modes that some apps just don’t support. Now every click makes this app crash, it’s totally unusable, and whats worse is you cannot get refunded on your yearly subscription to this app because Apple will not refund you. Thanks Apple.

Developer made the wrong choice in abandonment.

Uploading your own photos and videos
This app used to be good. Haven’t been able to create my own ad with my own photos and videos for months and can’t find anyone to fix it so I’m canceling my membership
Won’t load media
I love aspects of this app. I have made some nice reels with it. The problem I have now is that it won’t load any of my media. The app just closes each time I try. I have deleted and re downloaded the app but it still does it. Help!

Al querer cargar los datos de marca se sale de la app.
Al subir los datos de mi marca personal se sale del sistema. He tratado de resolverlo borrando y descargando la app pero la falla persiste. Una pena porque pagué la suscripción.

Cannot create or edit projects after purchase/ No permite crear ni editar proyectos tras pagar
The app crashes when starting a new project. After paying for it, it closes and I am unable to add or edit any content. It simply does not work. I would not recommend it.

I'm using the latest version of Pad Air 2. When I press the media button to select media for a new project, the application closes. I deleted and reinstalled it, but the result was the same.
