I paid for the app a long time ago to use for the companies I work for. The app sucks because I can’t do anything now. Every time I try to add photos, add logos, the app crashes on me. And yes, I reached out to their support who sent me a list of things to try, which I did, and none of them worked, and it’s been currently 2 weeks since I’ve heard from anyone. I’d honestly like my money back since the app isn’t even usable at this point for what it was made for…

CRASHES

Keeps crashing since latest iPad iOS update. Please fix it! Sad it has been months since this app got destroyed by an Apple iPad update that forces these apps into landscape modes that some apps just don’t support. Now every click makes this app crash, it’s totally unusable, and whats worse is you cannot get refunded on your yearly subscription to this app because Apple will not refund you. Thanks Apple.
