Won’t recognise subscription
Idk if I was supposed to purchase an iOS specific subscription or if it’s just a significant oversight in the design/coding of the software, but it’s like the app doesn’t recognise a user should have premium access based on the details of their account - the account literally logged into in the app - when the user’s premium subscription has been paid for directly through a subscription on their Cyberlink account as opposed to through the app itself via Apple/iTunes, as mine has been. So now I have an annual subscription to a product I can’t access on the iOS app on my phone that I purchased the subscription to be able to access this way 😒

Hi, we understand your confusion and frustration. 😔 To clarify: Subscriptions are not cross-platform. The Promeo 365 plan purchased on our website is for the PC version and does not cover the iOS app. Since features differ significantly between platforms, they are treated as separate products. App is now worthless.
Good , but no music
My main complaint and why I deduct two stars, is the inability to import your own original music tracks. You are stuck with their in App Library. Which is not bad. But being able to use your own music to set the vibe needs to be included or you as a creator will eventually outgrow this app or at least just you’ll use it to just create elements that you will export into another editor. One that can marry sound to picture.
