The company has been charging me $39.99 every other month for almost a year even after I’ve cancelled the subscription and it’s only supposed to be charging that one time per year! The app isn’t even good enough to be worth $39.99 to begin with!

Won’t respond to messages

Purchased a new phone. Logged into the new phone and pro features that I paid for are unavailable. I’ve followed their directions on transferring accounts three times with luck. Messaged them on instagram 8 times on many different occasion with no response. I paid for the year outright too.
