Used to love it, but I still fight the app not rendering properly, wasting credit attempts
I have made some really cool images with this app but lately the rendering has become increasingly poor in performance and I cannot find a way to give feedback or request a refund for credits wasted on renderings that do not actually do anything at all and give the result of the exact same image/step while still using credits. I would sincerely like to give detailed feedback to help fix problems if it was an option, but reporting issues have been removed as an option and the availability for reporting bugs or getting any feedback feels like it’s just gone. What do I do? Why is it broken l? Are other users experiencing this? How do I problem solve this beyond simple self IT problem solving? Is help even available? Is there anyone from the app staff able to help me?

I loved this app so much, but the update came. I used to get 5 credits a day and I could AI image anything I wanted. But I stopped going on it cause my life got busy. I went back on it and everything in my folder was locked. I had to pay to get it back. I’m not wasting my money on an editing app sorry. I get it you want more money from people it’s just why did you have to lock everything I made

Very confusing
I tried the free trial, with all intentions of purchasing it. It’s very complicated and complex. Not easy to use.
