Block button doesn’t work
When trying to block users, for safety reasons mainly the app wigs out and doesn’t let you block them which is a major concern.

So buggy, terrible customer service
The app in general is so glitchy and bugs out all the time. Difficult to use because of how poorly made it is. I tried to delete my account several times, the “delete account” button doesn’t work, and no one answers any customer service inquires through their given email.
So many technical issues
This app has soo much potential but the app itself never lets me search songs and always freezes and has issues. I love the idea but it drives me insane every time I use it.
STOP LIMITING HOW MANY SONGS I CAN POST
LOVE this app but I think there shouldn’t be a limit to how many songs I can post in a day. It really makes me not wanna use the app as much and if I make a mistake on a caption or I forget to post a photo with a song, I can’t even edit it and have to delete the whole post. Then, if I try to repost the same thing, I have to wait HOURS to do so. It makes no sense.

I downloaded this app not too long ago and loved the concept. Unfortunately basically none of the features work and it’s very frustrating. The app is marketed as a seamless app that works w Apple Music or Spotify and specifically for Apple Music, it does not work!!!!! Why release a halfass app? Very disappointed

DELETE
I tried deleting my account all it says is request submitted which it’s been saying that for a week now. Tried reaching out using the “Contact Us” but now I’m not able to click on it again. Unsure if there’s bugs within this application but dang let me delete it!!!!!!!!!!
Can’t even sign up. Email verification process sends you in an infinite loop
Do developer even test their apps anymore? It’s pretty bad when you can’t even get past the verification process when signing up. I found Bopdrop because a competitor app Needle went viral on TikTok and in the comments I saw people saying it’s a copy of Bopdrop, so, naturally, I want to check out the original app…But when I tried to signup, the email validation process just sends me into an infinite Loop. When I click the verification link I was emailed, it launches the same exact screen where I entered my email, the screen does not refresh and I can’t go anywhere. Way to totally miss out on capturing an audience from your competitor. I good enough reason to just use Needle now.

Terrible app, Worse customer service
“Delete my account” and “contact us” buttons in the app are fake… hasn’t worked in over a year and they don’t respond to emails either! I’ve sent a dozen trying to get my data removed. App doesn’t work it’s so buggy they never fix anything. Not user friendly

created an account…. as soon as I got done with providing my INFORMATION, the app crashed , I try to re open it and it doesn’t it stay open , it crashes immediately. Hoping this is an easy fix. Otherwise my rating stands as is.

Can’t even sign in
I used to have this app a couple of years ago and recently stumbled across it. But you can’t even log in…it just says “no internet connection.” Guess I’m deleting it again.

App is still crashing
This app went from bad to worse. First I wasn’t able to proceed the account menu; now the app just says buffering while telling me “no internet connection” while I’m connected to internet. Please fix this issue. I want to enjoy this app but I’m just so disappointed in it’s progress of updates so far.
