FAQ

What does Borbalo do?

Borbalo is an application designed for drivers to manage vehicle fines and parking permits. It helps users stay on top of payments by providing timely reminders for fines and parking permit renewals. The app also simplifies the process of purchasing parking permits for various cities.

How does Borbalo help with fines?

The app automatically receives newly printed fines, including patrol, video, and parking fines, after you add your car. It sends notifications for approaching deadlines, such as the expiration of discount periods or upcoming rate increases. You can view details of each fine, including the reason, amount, and time of offense.

Can I pay for parking with Borbalo?

Yes, Borbalo allows you to pay for Zonal Parking in three simple steps: select your car, enter the parking spot number, and activate the session. You can also purchase long-term parking passes for cities like Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, or Gori directly through the app.

What are the payment and history features?

All payments made through Borbalo are stored on an Archive page for one year. The Garage page provides a summary of your expenses, showing how much you've paid in fines during the current month. The app also features an Automatic Payments system to ensure fines are paid at the best price on the last day of the discount period.

Is Borbalo free to use?

The application is free to download and use, but it does display advertisements. While the core functionality of managing fines and parking permits is available without charge, users may encounter ads within the app interface.
