I completely understand that gambling is for entertainment purposes, and I accept that there will be wins and losses. But at some point, you’d expect to win something occasionally. I’ve had the Borgata app for about two years, and honestly, I rarely win anything. This morning, I deposited $600 and played Cash Eruption with $5 bets. I lost the entire $600 without much effort. Several hours later, I decided to give it another shot and deposited another $500. Once again, it was gone in little time. I then went to another platform, Draftkings, deposited $50, and ended up cashing out $1,200. I’ve used five different gambling platforms over the past few years, and in my personal experience, Borgata seems to take far more than it gives back. I understand that the house is supposed to make money, that’s the entire business model. But after losing several thousand dollars over the years, you’d think I’d eventually see a decent win once in a while. I’m not saying anyone should expect to win every time they play. I’m simply sharing my experience. When you can go through hundreds of spins in a day and never even get back your wager amount, it becomes incredibly frustrating. For me, enough was enough. I permanently closed my Borgata account today. My mindset was simple, all they had to do was let me win every once in a while, and they would have continued making money from me. Instead, I kept losing, and eventually I walked away. Good luck to everyone.

I have been a loyal Borgata customer and have regularly used the app, but I am very disappointed with the way my current case has been handled. I contacted customer service about an issue with my account approximately one month ago. I provided the information they requested and was told that my account was under review.
Since then, I have followed up multiple times asking for an update regarding both my account and my refund request. I understand that investigations can take time, but going this long without a clear resolution or meaningful update is frustrating.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I would simply appreciate better communication and a clear answer regarding my case. I hope someone from Borgata can review this and help me finally get an update.

I would never recommend this casino, there are far too many other options. I triggered a bonus 5 days ago and the game repeatedly reloaded/kicked me out. After contacting customer support I was told it was a known issue and I was being added to a list to be contacted when it was resolved. I’ve heard nothing since, so I chatted with customer support again today just to be told there’s no timeline for a fix and there’s nothing they can do for me. I literally have a screen recording of the bonus triggering and not playing through.
The game is still available to play even though Borgata has admitted there are known issues with it. They’re actively stealing people’s money with no plans to make it right.
