Schedule temps broken
At some point when they upgraded to the new app, schedules are now screwed up. Sometimes all temperatures are available when editing - sometimes a limited list appears.
Also, you can only add 2 additional schedules (I would love to have 1 schedule for each season). And you can’t rename schedules. This app just screams that it was written by a computer science drop out. Even an AI generated app would work better.
I hope it didn’t cost more than $2000 to write this app, because if it did, they threw their money out the window.

EasyAir and Heat Pump will turn new customers away
Had a new BOSCH system (Heat Pump and dual-fuel furnace w/BCC110 thermostat) put in last September. Had to have the installer come out w/in two weeks to adjust the system as it sounded like a helicopter on the pad. About a month later had to have them come out because the dual-fuel furnace would not start unless it was in emergency heat. Have to have them come out next week because as the weather warmed the system would not switch over to heat pump/AC, just blew warm air (had to switch the configuration to “No Heat”). I have a decade of Bosch kitchen appliances and have ALWAYS been pleased; this is a disaster.

Poor UI, Buggy
Literally half the time I change the schedule, temperature, or mode it doesn’t actually save. I always have to close the app and reopen to check if it worked. If it didn’t work, then I have to close and reopen again.
You have to select your AC unit to make a change. I guess that’s good for businesses or very large homes, but for most people it’s his an extra step.

App is crâp.. don’t buy Bosch products.
Used the Bosch connect app. Even though it kept losing the IP address. Then it quit. Bosch say use the Bosch easy air app. Well it doesn’t work either. Can’t even register an account. Can’t log in to my account setup for the old app. I swear to gad I’ll never buy a Bosch product again.
Bosch apps don’t work
Came here after the Bosch Connected control App stopped working, it’s stuck on the login screen saying it’s down for system maintenance… for weeks now… I’m trying to create an account on this app, it’s verified my phone number but gives me an error “invalid body request” so I can’t finish creating a profile. Apparently none of your apps work.

Just doesn’t work
In this version the menu bar doesn’t close so can’t see main screens and can’t do anything. Previous version was okay otherwise this would be one star.

Great hvac terrible app
App for over a year I randomly have to log in despite checking the box to keep me logged in. Now a few months ago they introduced a new “feature” that causes the side menu on the left to stay open and I can’t close it with the x in the lop left corner. Went from bad to worse.
Expected better.
Considering how good your products are, I expected the app experience to be much better. Unfortunately, the app is unreliable and frustrating to use.
There is no clear confirmation or indicator that the temperature I select has actually been accepted by the device. On multiple occasions, I’ve set a temperature only to discover hours later—after coming home from work or waking up—that it never saved correctly.
Additionally, the sidebar frequently opens automatically when launching the app and becomes stuck. Tapping the “X” does nothing, preventing me from adjusting the temperature at all. The only workaround is force-closing the app and restarting it, which happens far too often.
For a product that otherwise works well, the app seriously needs improvement. This level of instability is disappointing and irritating.

Always having issues wish my installer picked a better thermostat. First app I ever gave a negative review too. If you have a choice, pick anything other than this app.

Always getting kicked off. Have to constantly sign in. App now shows a blank screen. There is no customer service.

Fix. This. App.
I am sitting in my home, two rooms away from my “smart” thermostat, and it will not connect. When connected, it logs me out constantly. Even when it’s seemingly connected, the change in temperature I request does not actually happen. This app is an embarrassment to the Bosch brand and, nine times out of ten, useless.

Can’t create profile
Trying to set up the app but I am not getting the phone verification code with many attempts. Waited for an hour for Bosch tier 2 support before hanging up. Might see if I can switch to an Ecobee.
Constantly changes set-point on its own, no schedule.
Three times in as many months these thermostats (BCC 100)(I have 2) changed the set-point on their own! Once bringing on AC to 50 degrees F and twice bringing on heat to 76 degrees F. Customer support not available on weekends and website in app does not exist. Bad software, bad app. I can’t access the schedule on one of the thermostats and had to do a factory reset. Total junk. Not worth the money and product support is horrible.

Are you guys still using the rotten “single key” which approach which never did work.
Your thermostat is the most difficult device in my home. You have me at the point where I don’t know my password for Bosch or is it single key. Oh yeh now it took me to Google to log in with google. Wouldn’t let me reset my password because my “email was already used”. How stupid can you get ? Yes I need to reset my password and it is still me with my email address. Rotten app.

HORRIBLE
Was working, but no longer connects due to an issue with their servers. Technical support is ignoring email requests for updates on the issue.
