Unnecessary app switching causing more headaches
Trying to set angle on my gsb18v-1330c and the Bosch toolbox app now says it’s no longer supported and to use the pro 360 app. I click the link to the App Store from the Bosch page inside the app and it returns a sorry not found page. All this to set the angle on my drill, due to poor follow through on the user experience and deprecation of an app that did not need to be deprecated. Do better Bosch, your tools are great but this app experience is a complete letdown.
I have to waste more time having to create yet another account because of this.
Once I went through the re registration process that I did prior when I used the first Bosch toolbox app, I had to re fill out everything again, including when I purchased the tool.
Now being out in the field trying to get a job done, one doesn’t have time to deal with this as the device data was previously entered and should have been transferred and migrated to the new app database.
To close, after going through all the above then new app failed to offer a way to adjust the drill angle.
Extremely disappointed with Bosch with this.

Tools Lost Functionality
Some of my tools that worked in BoschToolbox no longer work. Support told me they weren’t included. What is the point of owning an app enabled worklight (that I used to be able to control remotely) if Bosch removes the app? Bring back BoschToolbox.
Doesn't work. Can't find any connected assets.
Bosch Toolbox used to work. This app just... doesn't. Can't find any of my five Bosch Connect tools. Considering Bosch Connect was a primary reason for staying with Bosch Tools I have no reason to continue using them. From now on, Milwaukee.
