Never works
Tools will never pair with the app. Locations never update. Having to repair the tool every time you open the app is annoying. $1000 vacuums shouldn’t need pairing every couple of hours. Complete let down from Festool
Lacks many features of desktop website
I've spoken with customer service but never received an answer from the second level authorities as to why there are missing elements on the app. Maybe it's because this is a streamlined version of the full website and can't be as thorough, but for instance, if model numbers are searched not all results are accurate or shown and the photos are limited. It's ok for people who want to keep track of their tools and batteries and warranty an item, just not so much for research and browsing.

Festool Connect
I absolutely love using the Festool app. The interface is clean, fast, and very easy to navigate whether I’m managing tools, checking settings, or tracking batteries. One of the best features is the battery monitoring and it gives accurate information on charge levels and performance

Difficult to register products also no descriptions of products in the accessory section
Keeps logging me out and not accepting password
