Latest update broke pinch to zoom
Pinch to zoom is broken. The camera frame changes size and subsequent presses move the frame wildly.

Seit mehr als 10 Jahren nutzen wir das Programm. Neuerdings sollen wir 70€ p.a. pro Kamera für den Fernzugriff zahlen. Ich finde das unverschämt und empfehle es nicht weiter.
Mancata connettività
Sono due giorni che non riesco più a vedere la videocamera con i dispositivi iOS nonostante siano aggiornati con l’ultimo aggiornamento, e non so come fare.

Don’t upgrade
Have lost connection to half my cameras when upgrading on windows. Am to scared to try the upgrade on iOS because there is no downgrade path. Really is a disgrace of Bosch to be releasing such untested software. Does Bosch realise that we depend on these devices. That’s why we pay more money for them to start with. Unbelievable

Ora a pagamento
Dopo anni di uso gratuito inviano una mail delirante in cui si scrive che per vedere le telecamere del tuo impianto di casa devi pagare un abbonamento, il tutto senza aggiungere nessun servizio aggiuntivo ma aggiungendo un “plus” al nome.
Aggiungo inoltre che, se il Motion detection delle telecamere funzionasse come Dio comanda, avrebbero anche un senso e forse una giustificazione nel prezzo, ma dato che si attiva ad ogni foglia o luce strana senza che nulla si muova realmente, sono proprio soldi cacciati via

Seit dem Update komme ich mit der App nicht mehr auf meinen Divar! Bitte dringend beheben! Es funktioniert exakt einmal, wenn man alles neu eingibt an Zugangsadaten. Danach nicht mehr. Danke
Es geht noch immer nicht. Trotz Update: Autentisierung fehlgeschlagen! Lösche ich den Standort, gebe ihn neu ein, geht es exakt ein Mal, dann wieder nicht.

Depuis la remise en ligne de l’AppStore les connexion wan ne fonctionne plus en ip fixe .
Keine Anmeldung seit Update seit Version 3.5.1 vom 01/2024 auf IOS 17.2.1 möglich!
Es erscheint die Meldung, dass Detektion der Netzwerk-Zone gescheitert sei und wird nach Lokal(Lan) oder Internet gefragt. Beides ermöglicht keinen Zugang!

Videobilder grün
Von heute auf morgen, ohne irgendeine Änderung am System, zeigt die App anstatt der Kamerabilder nur noch vollflächig grün. Nur wenn man bei Bildeinstellungen die Qualität von „Original“ auf „Einzelbilder“ ändert, dann ist das Kamerabild wieder sichtbar.
Nur 4 Bildfenster möglich, Bilder nicht mehr um 90grad drehbar
Seit dem letzten Update sind die Videobilder in der Vollbildansicht nicht mehr drehbar. Weiterhin kann ich nicht mehr als 4 Bilder in meiner Ansicht anzeigen lassen. Angeblich wäre die maximale Anzahl an Bildfenstern erreicht.
Nach dem Update ist die Drehung der Bilder möglich.
Leider kann ich trotzdem nur maximal vier Bilder aufrufen. Der Fehler besteht weiterhin.

Problema risolto
Con ultimo aggiornamento non funzionava più la app! In un paio di giorni è stato risolto. Personalmente mi trovo abbastanza bene, anche se non è molto intuitiva.

Mise à jour non testée
Bjr, alors que l’application fonctionne parfaitement bien sûr mes 5 sites, depuis la dernière mise à jour tous les sites en ip fixe wan ne fonctionnent plus. J’ai juste 1 site en compte cloud qui fonctionne.
Pourquoi ne testez vous pas vos applications ?
J’espère que vous procéderez au rectificatif rapidement.

Purtroppo con l’ultimo aggiornamento, tutti i miei clienti, hanno problemi a riavviare l’app con IOS, spero in una soluzione a breve, perché il disagio è tanto.
