No updates. No support

Too expensive for such poor customer support. One day, the company just decided to stop producing these earbuds and completely stopped all updates. What should people who purchased them do in this case?

This is my SECOND pair of sleep buds and I am very dissatisfied with them AND customer service. I have contacted customer service countless times with NO response!! My right sleep bud has a VERY difficult time connecting, IF IT CONNECTS AT ALL!! And, once in a blue moon when it DOES finally connect, it will literally last anywhere from 5 seconds (yes, I said seconds) to a maximum of 2 hours!! Totally unacceptable to end up with a pair of $250 earplugs!!! I will not recommend these to anyone!!

Need more options of sound

make more frequency times to sleep to like the God frequency and other frequencies that help with the brain however these are the best comfortable earbuds of ever putting in my ears just a shame I cannot use my my programming meditation recording for them.

Good product but app not updated?

Hasn’t been updated in years, it needs an upgrade

Disappointed

Initially these sleep buds were amazing .... now ? They won't connect to Bluetooth and nothing you can do since they are no longer sold nor do they update the app . $300 down the drain .

Does not connected

Tried all the troubleshooting and assistance steps and still cannot connect my sleep buds. They’re basically overpriced ear plugs now.

First pair worked well

Have sent these back at least 7 times the first pair lasted 11 months were great since then they last from a few months to weeks to days one pair could not connect at all now am sending this last pair back after about a month keeps disconnecting from the right ear as did the last pair horrible product but great if they work

Painfull earbuds. Stop working

Ihave been with this pair for 2 years. Suddenly the left one stop working. Too much money for this 😡

Was a good idea

Bose, you know that there is a massive need for such a product. My first pair was stolen and I actually bought a second set. I was under the impression that they were greatly updated from the previous pair. For a horrible insomniac who can’t fall asleep nor stay asleep, I have tried everything to try to sleep. These helped me “chill,” which was better than nothing! But I expected the second version to be way better! The sounds must come from your app, but you never added/eliminated any—why? It’s especially puzzling that you didn’t keep this fresh and updated since many of the sounds were similar and if they weren’t working out for someone, the sound choices were even less. In addition, research about sound and how it helps people sleep is huge now and I don’t understand why you dropped the ball!

Great for partners who snore

I was skeptical but these are great. I use them every night. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I have a phone free bedroom, so having an Apple watch app would be great.

Not sold anymore and Bose app doesn’t work any longer

Extremamente desapontada. O aplicativo não encontra o fone esquerdo por nada. Fiz todos os passos informados. Conversei com a Bose e eles disseram que nada pode ser feito já que o produto foi descontinuado e o pior, nem suporte técnico para ele tem e nem reposição. Um produto caro que vou jogar no lixo. Perderam a cliente.

Game changer

Completely different to wireless headphones. Really like that it works through its own app, meaning you don’t have to silence notifications etc like you would with headphones. Alarm saves even if it loses connection to your phone, eg your phone dies because you forgot to switch on the charger.
Great for travelling
Comfortable and low profile, case holds about 3-4 charges after 2.5 years of use

Only thing I would like to see is an update to the app adding a proper continuous thunderstorm sound. It is one of the most popular sleep sound out there, which is why it was surprising not to see it on an otherwise fantastic app.

Any updates ever?

I’ve had these sleep phones for over a year and they help me sleep in a loud environment but I would like some new choices for that price. However like all Bose headphones after two years at least one has broken

So much potential

The buds are so unbelievably comfortable, I wish I could use them as regular earbuds! I understand why though. The sound selections are very high quality and we have quite the wide range! The app is very easy to use and has very clear instructions throughout. I just wish we had an option to upload our own sounds, like a community page, I’m itching for an old computer hardware sound

CONNECTION ISSUE

Often time couldn’t find left earbuds in the app. Very frustrating

Works until it doesn’t

Works great until one day it can no longer connect to both sleep buds, no one knows why or how but it just stops working

New Buds great,, APP is garbage

Get new buds work for awhile now left one won’t connect. Go to product support from app just a blank page shows itself.

Do what says on Bose.com …oh you mean what it says to do on website doesn’t actually apply to this app? That would be correct sir.

Reset them, reset phone…

Maybe if I jump up and down on on leg while drinking water they will work.
